What can I say about Action. They are absolutely the best HVAC company that I have ever dealt with. And I have several over the years. I built a new home in St. Augustine utilizing two Trane "inverter" highly efficient HVAC systems with "CM" as the contractor. CM was great during the installation, and during my numerous Trane evaporator failures. While the CM owner was still alive, he took care of my problems. On the latest failures, K.B at CM refused to warrant the product even though I had a CM contract stating a 12 year compressor warranty and 10 years on parts. She stated I never registered the product. Hmmmm, most HVAC companies take care of this as home owners are not aware. NOT CM. Michael at Action came to the rescue along with his chief technician Paul. I was amazed at their professionalism to rectify my warranty problem with Trane. They stated, registry of equipment is an industry problem as homeowner are just not aware. Action takes care of the registration. Action was able to rectify the warranty issues with Trane that CM either refuse, or didn't know how to rectify. Additionally, Action keeps their techs up on the new HAVC technologies. My most recent problems was mis-diagnosed by CM. Action was clearly trained. AAAA+++ for ACTION!!

The team at Action Heating and Air are great! We use them at our home and 2 business locations and have been thoroughly satisfied with their services. They always go above and beyond to do a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone for new installations, maintenance or service.

We have been using Action Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. ever since we moved to St. Augustine in 2018. They came highly recommended by our then realtor, now friend, Irene Arriola. Our son and daughter-in-law had moved here 2016 and had used Irene also, so she recommended this company to them as well. They did a great job for them so also recommended Action as a previous experience along with Irene's recommendation.

Even though we had a very rusted part on our outside unit in 2020, during our annual preventative maintenance call, they assured us that it was still functioning well, and that they could probably keep us going strong for 2-3 more years. Our prior experiences with other companies were to have this immediate need to replace the entire unit, but they were honest and told us we could wait.

Fast forward 3 years and it became time to finally replace our builder grade unit at about 11yrs old. There was no pressure sales to buy a unit bigger than what we needed. The technicians explained what we needed and we agreed on what we wanted before we even looked at the proposal, though they still offered a couple more to compare just in case.

The technicians we've worked with over the years have been:
Mike, Mark, Paul, and Phillip - sorry if we left anyone out but when they took our old unit that included the names. They have all been very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through the final 3yrs as they nursed our old unit.

During the proposal stage, we got to work with Michael Stover who worked up our proposals and final contract. We also had help from Miranda and Erin in the office as well as MaryAnn, the office manager.

We just had our new 14.3 SEER unit installed yesterday by Anthony and Shawn, both guys very knowledgeable and completely capable of doing a great job. They were both nice and extremely efficient during the entire installation process and answered any questions I had along the way. I'm a DIY'er and find it hard to be on the sidelines, but this wasn't my area of expertise, so I gladly let them be the experts. They even installed for us the Reme Halo LED Whole Home Air Purification system we purchased as part of the proposal at our request that gets installed into the duct right above the indoor air handler. They also highly recommended this product, and our research really substantiated the claims we've heard made about the Halo. We can't wait to see how that works out, as depending on your unit's use, it may take a little while to take full effect. During these kind of really nice days, the unit hardly comes on, but when it's cold out or when we hit summer and it runs a lot, that's when the Halo is the most effective. It's supposed to help purify your air as well as decrease the amount of dust significantly as a byproduct of the process.

Anyway, Anthony and Shawn were awesome to work with, and they completely cleaned up everything before leaving, so we are totally happy with their work, and with everyone we have encountered with Action Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.

We would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. They have been the epitome of honesty and integrity and knowledge in this field. It is a family owned and operated business that you can absolutely count on and trust.

I will revisit my review to let you know our experience with the Reme Halo LED Whole Home Purification system. It may take a few months to get the full benefit, but then that will always be there. See you then.

The guys at Action are my Hero's! I was quoted $1,600 by another local HVAC company and told 6 weeks (without A/C) for the part that was needed. Unbelievable! I called Action Heating and Air and they got the same part in 3 days and did the same job for $960.00 LESS. Wow. I am so grateful and will use them again and again.

Called Action Heat & Air and within 30 minutes an exceptional young man arrived and saved the day. Coleman was very professional. I will be recommending!

Great service, Aaron was prompt, courteous, professional and a very nice person. He found the problem and had it fixed in no time. He made some recommendations for a UV light and a service agreement.
