We had a chronic issue with our air-conditioning unit---- occasionally leaked at the overflow valve. Number of other providers couldn't figure out a solution, but True Cool overrode the valve with a direct pump to the outside. Solved the problem completely. They also installed new digital thermostats… Very punctual, reasonably priced, clean and dependable! Highly recommended!!!

The motor on my AC burned out and I had a Freon leak. The tech came the same day I called and had it running like new in a few hours. The price was fair and the tech was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

True Cool is a first rate Mitsubishi installer and repair/maintenance company. They came in to troubleshoot our multi-zone system and determined it was low on refrigerant. Checked the whole system and carefully added refrigerant until it was matching factory settings. Very knowledgeable and professional.

As always, arriving on time, working efficiently and with as little intrusion as possible. My maintenance contract with True Cool keeps my unit running well, and I’ve received some useful advice for at-home maintenance between service visits.

They are okay. I had some minor hiccups with billing and it was sorted out within minutes. I can recommend this company. I was initially very frustrated but it was handled very quickly. Very professional!

True Cool is aptly named. They installed and have maintained our air conditioning for many years. They have always been completely reliable and kind. They also have a very reasonable service plan.
