Robert took care of us, was very professional, showed up earlier than expected and provided us with excellent service. He also went the extra mile to check and see if our AC unit was still under warranty for parts. I would highly recommend Cool Air for any of your air conditioning needs.

Overall Great Experience. Called them for a/c problem and they responded right away and scheduled technician to come out right away. Explained the issue over the phone and technician had the part on the truck and was able to fix so we could enjoy cold air before he completed the cal.. Very reliable and professional. Would definitely recommend.

New HVAC runs quiet and much more efficient than the old unit. I had an issue but the Tech came out and fixed it and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Some moron on the phone didn't want to help me. Literally asked if I could have someone come out to my unit and check out my AC closet to get an estimate on a service- said "can't help you with that" and hung up on me. I'm surprised the company has 5 stars- maybe this guy shouldn't be working in a five-star company. *edited: Their "response" is a total lie. To be expected from this company. There's no reason for me to have an entire closet cleaned. Didn't ask for a free estimate either. No insults said on either person's behalf. There is nothing professional about them. On the contrary, I was in a very good mood when I was on the phone and was surprised at their abrupt end to the call. Don't use them; not only do they have terrible customer service, but they lie on top of it. I gain nothing from posting a bad review.

This is a company you can rely on . We ran into an emergency and then We called them for the first time . They came right to investigate the issue with AC and addressed it .

After 13 plus years in Miami it is refreshing to find little gem’s such as True Cool Air Conditioning. Not only were they clean, professional and reasonably priced. They show up when they say they are going to and are in constant contact with you throughout the process. After my experience with Terry and his team I would even feel comfortable letting them into the house when I am not home. Look no further for all of your AC needs.

In the land of flaky contractors and technicians, these guys save the day by being true pros. From cold call, inspection, quote, to a full new unit install, everything was done within 3 days, on time, and within a reasonable price. If paying a little extra means getting stuff done right and on time, it’s totally worth it.
