They came to our home on a Sunday when the problem first began to assess and control the situation and then the very next morning they were there fixing the issue. They took the time to explain all the steps and the source of the issue and then shared tips on how to ensure that we avoid it from happening again. Buyer BEWARE These guys are a complete scam - I moved into a brand new house with a brand new never used a/c unit - The a/c was blowing hot air. I found Freezing Points sticker on my unit so I called. They sent out a technician and immediately said my unit was out of warranty and that it would cost me 3k to run new copper lines. I called a second contractor for a second opinion and they pressure tested both units in front of me and it kept the pressure with no problem. The unit needed freon and that's it - This tells me Freezing Point makes a living by scamming customers because he knows they are not knowledgeable about these things - I will report them to the better business' bureau - These guys will be out of business very soon - I am a United States Marine and I know how to handle guys like this. BUYER BEWARE

Extremely prompt, on time , made a full check and troubleshooted the system very quickly. Making sure all was good after restarting the unit . Made sure it was the correct fix before quoting repairs.

I 100% recommend this team!!! Freezing point and Rafael I have been a go to for us and we have used them for several years. They are 100% honest, 100% responsive anytime we call and if they don’t get back to you right away they will! Actually even on vacation Rafael will answer my husband and help us out even if it’s just to say he will call us later. Freezing point helped us extend the life of the unit that we had as well as install a brand new unit when we were ready. They literally completed the entire process in 24 hours right when we needed it most. This is literally a super well run, efficient company. I highly recommend them not just for residential but also if you need a great air conditioning company to be on call to service vacation rentals and other things like that you can use this company and feel like you were not being ripped off, and you’re getting solid advice from a professional when you are possibly not on site. You can also trust them 100% with full access to your property!!! There are just so many good things that I could continue to write but I think you get the picture!!
