This company is my life saver, The service is fast and very reasonable price. even came to my place earlier . unit is cleaned, freezone is refilled..unit is working fine like before.

Our AC has been down again.. only Air came out! Texted the company, the team showed up as the appointment, Found evaporator coil with multiple Freon leaks . Good news is this evaporator coil is under warranty. I only paid for labor and Freon.

They got the new part exchanged with Manufacturer very fast and professional.

I was charged $800 to replace 3 parts (24v transformer, contactor and a fuse) that combined doesn’t cost more than $50-100 (I checked on-line piece by piece) ...BE CAREFUL never will use this company again

Very professional and punctual. Arrived on time. They used shoe covers as they were in and out. Explained the tuneup process and went to work. They were finished in a timely manner. Cleaned up and took everything with them. Great company, great knowledgeable technicians

These guys are unbelievable. Messaged about a leaking a/c at 8a on a Sunday morning. They not only responded but were able to send Lazaro out by 10:30a for a basic tune-up and inspection. Less than an hour later, he was done! Everything about Lazaro was professional: he was smartly-dressed and cleanly-groomed (on a Sunday!!), very, very courteous and took the time to explain long-term issues (our unit is actually way overdue for replacement...I had been knowingly delaying the decision for a while). If this experience is the typical Freezing Point experience, then I highly, highly recommend them!

Three weeks ago had leak repaired from handler which was handled in an prompt manner and priced well. Today i had minor issue of clogged filter that iced evap coils Rafael gave me phone advice and it was solved however he still sent his team to review my system to ensure correct operation. Will do my future business with them as they are professional efficient, timely and caring.

After a horrific experience with a competing AC contractor, Freezing Point Air Conditioning and their team (Jairo + Lazaro + one other gentleman whose name I didn't get) have made a profound impact on the lives of 2 senior tenants. Freezing Point Air Conditioning hit the mark at every point during the sales process beginning with the initial call that was made to inquire about their services. Following the terrifying experience my senior clients had with the previous AC repairman, I took it upon myself to Google search some tips for "Hiring the Best AC Repairmen." Information from the article was applied during the initial Q&A with Freezing Point. The gentleman was courteous and agreed to address any questions and concerns. Once the Q&A was completed, I scheduled my clients for an estimate. Unlike the competing AC contractor, Freezing Point didn't attempt to exploit my senior clients out of $90 to diagnose their AC issue and provide them with an estimate. Unlike the competing AC contractor, Freezing Point's technicians came to the door prepared (what I call "ready to get surgical") with their testing equipment ready to go to work. The technicians ran test on the interior and exterior AC units. And go figure (sarcasm), unlike the previous AC contractor, Freezing Point techs didn't wonder into the elderly tenants' kitchen unannounced, to begin rummaging through their clean dishware with unwashed hands for a container to catch water from the AC unit. Rather, Jairo asked "Excuse me sir, do have something I could use to catch some of the water coming from the AC?" After running their test, Freezing Point provided a quote for the work and educated my clients on how to prevent the issue from happening in the future. After speaking with my clients, they were impressed and decided to proceed with the estimate. The whole process was seamless. Freezing Point's effective use of technology (text messaging and email) conveniently allowed me to coordinate arrangements and find a suitable solution for my client's AC troubles from behind a computer. My clients say they will use Freezing Point for their future AC needs (Thank you for leaving a sticker on the AC with contact info when needed.) I have gone so far to vote Freezing Point AC as one of "The best among local 'Top Pros'".

Extremely responsive. Rafael’s guys came by last year to patch up an old system and it was a matter of time before I needed to replace the unit. I called Monday. and it was scheduled right away. The personnel was professional, Thorough very clean and attentive to details. Instruction on how to operate the unit were provided and settings in place. Dishonest, and untrustworthy business. Raphael the owner is rude and tries to make money wherever he can even if you are under warranty. He took advantage of my mother and I because we are women. They put Freon in a unit (there unit) and didn’t fix the leak…. So guess what happened? Run.
