I first met the owner of Freezing Point when my A/C Repair company of 20 years could not come by to service my A/C. He not only fixed my problem, he diagnosed another problem that they had missed just a few weeks earlier. Here's the thing... He recommended I let them do the repair because it was under warranty and it would have been less expensive to let the other crew have the job. He saved me thousands of dollars.I don't know many companies that would forgo a shot at making a lot of money like that.

I admired the work ethic and the honesty so much I told him as soon as that job was over, he was my new A/C guy.

Recently I moved and I wanted to swap out my thermostats for something better. I called on Freezing Point. They were there the next day to do the work. It wasn't as easy as just installing it but they didnt' quit until the job was done and done right, all while honoring the original quote for the installation.

I don't usually review products or services, so if you're reading this take it to heart. Rafael Lamboy and Freezing Point are honest, hard working and very fairly priced. His team is professional, courteous and take pride in what they do.

First off I had a really bad night since my ac broke. I called this company and it was the best decision I made. I called at 9am and at 11am had the services rendered. The overall experience was fantastic . I knew when they were on the way because they use a bot that texts you to keep you informed of the arrival. The workers were punctual and very nice. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole procedure and explained all the processes. I highly recommend this company.

They are the best!!! My mom is in Florida and I am in New York. My mom’s needed a new AC system and they came same day I called. They were professional and explain everything to me and installed the same day. The men were very kind to my mother and made her feel at ease. They did amazing job!! The crew at Freezing Point AC did maintenance on my central air compressor and handler while also installing a ductless mini-split in my garage. The services were done efficiently and at a reasonable price. They also offer financing options. I highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

I placed an inquiry on Home Advisor and Ralph called me right away. He was at my house within 90 minutes, and was able to determine I had a bad compressor. He presented options, and ultimately I decided it was time for a new unit. They made it easy to pay online, and sent status updates via text. Daro arrived on time for the installation, and did an excellent job. I can sleep comfortably tonight. I would definitely recommend.

We called Freezing Point Air Conditioning because our AC drain pipe was backing up. They arrived right when they said they would, in full Covid-19 precaution gear, and gave us a free estimate. We moved forward with their quote and they did exactly what we asked for and more.

It turns out we also have a plumbing issue, that caused our problem in the first place. Our technicians did not need to identify this problem whatsoever, but they did and we thank them for that. Great service! I highly recommend to anyone in the Miami area.

My eleven year old unit stopped cooling on a Friday January 17. I reached out to Freezing Point AC via email and a phone call. I received a call within 5 minutes. A technician was scheduled for the next morning. As promised they showed up on time, went to work assessing my unit... finding leaks in the system hence no coolant. I asked about a new unit. Within minutes I had a professionally written quote. Very reasonable. I said proceed. By 4 pm I had a new unit. Amazing customer service. Responsive, professional and respectful.
