Robert at True Cool has been keeping my aging unit alive long past its expected lifespan for the last 3-4 years through twice yearly service calls and quick responses when I’ve had emergencies. It’s like having a friend rather than a vendor. Good use of text messages to confirm appt. And to keep me posted on when he will arrive. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Robert was a great technician. The service was great. They came on time, did the job quickly, and fixed the air conditioner. I would recommend there service and will continue to use them in the future.

I always go to Tru Cool because they respond right away and solve my issues on the spot. The servicemen are friendly and very accommodating. They are also upfront and transparent with their pricing.

My elderly mother’s a/c stopped working. Robert from True cool a/c came out, he said someone had turned off the inside breaker. Fixed the problem, reprogrammed the thermostat and explained to my mother how to use it. He did not charge her anything for the visit. Very rare nowadays get have an honest technician like Robert.thank you very much.
