I have been a customer of this great locally-owned company for two decades, and now they’ve brought my house back to life with new wiring and HVAC systems after Hurricane Ian’s devastating storm surge. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and professional, service is timely, prices are competitive, and they stand by their work. The high standards set by Bryan and Todd are obviously shared by their technicians and support staff, and all are personable and caring. What a refreshing break from today’s world of automated phone systems and no-show company reps. I highly recommend Sanibel Air and Electric!

Scott did an outstanding job for us today. During 6-month maintenance he discovered we needed a new motor for the AC compressor. We had been getting frequent LCEC power usage alerts and suspected something was wrong. He went back to the shop and returned with the part and had the AC back on within a few hours and in time for the arrival of company. In addition to being very competent, Scott was a pleasure to deal with.

The Sanibel Air and Electric team did a great job replacing all of the duct work through the entire house, the unit and the handler. It was a full 2 day+ job and the team of 6 showed up on time, with a plan and worked efficiently to get it all done as quickly as possible. They were organized and neat and went to great lengths to minimize the inevitable mess that comes with such a big job. The crew was professional and courteous. I highly recommend using Sanibel Air and Electric for your AC and electric needs.

Great company and service. Installation was quick and without issues and maintenance help resolve drainage issues that existed from another company prior to my changing to Sanibel Air and Electric. Locally owned and they have pride in their work.

I called at 8:00 AM after arriving the night before and the air conditioner was not cooling. My same day appointment was scheduled for 12:30 to 1:30. Technician arrived at 12:40 and immediately assessed the problem and repaired our unit. I was amazed with all the hurricane damaged homes they were able to schedule a same day appointment. Bryan and Rego spent a day installing new lights, wiring and switches in my lower level. They have done work at my house before installing a completely new breaker box after hurricane Ian. The y have always given me good advice and done a superior job. I highly recommend Sanibel Electric for any electrical job!

In a post Hurricane Ian world seemingly filled with bad contractors, insurance happy contractors, and “ghost” contractors, it’s really nice to have a human to human, pleasant experience. Responsive, fair pricing, and dependable.
