Sanibel Air and Electric have gone above and beyond to help us get everything up and running after Hurricane Ian.
They not only did the initial reconnection without issue, they were also really prompt to follow up any queries or additional work we had, responding immediately to any requests for help.
I cannot say enough good things about them.

I called late on a Friday and within 45 minutes, Scott of Sanibel air was in my driveway to assess my HVAC problem. He quickly diagnosed a burnt wire in the outside unit and 30 minutes later cool air was coming out of my air conditioner. Again, thank you Scott and Sanibel Air.

Sanibel Air takes care of our home on Sanibel, and I have to say they have some of the best customer service! We had asked about something for our AC unit and they took the time to explain the pros and cons and give us the information we needed to make the best decision. Very trustworthy!

Past experience with this company has been very good. However, I purchased an AC system for $10,000+ 6 years ago; it stopped working; they came out to tell me it needed a new fan motor and they told me the equipment was not under warranty and would cost $1,000+ to replace. I complained about being sold a system with a 10-year warranty; so they checked and "discovered" that it WAS under warranty and then the replacement cost was reduced to $300+. I still got charged a service fee to come out and tell me that the system they sold me, which turned out to be under warranty, needed to be fixed. VERY, VERY disappointed and unhappy with how they go about their business. They are great if you sign a "blank check"; very good staff -- but they have a lot of work to do to actually "take care of the customer". They seem to be lazer-focused on how to get as much $$$ out of you as possible. If you want an upgrade in value, go visit your dentist.

Sanibel Air is fantastic and a great local company! We started using them just last fall after another A/C company failed us. We are on their maintenance program and it’s working out great! These machines haven’t ever gotten the attention, cleaning and detailed inspection that they got yesterday! Josh was our service tech and he was great! Very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. And when he left he had cleaned up the work areas and put every back just right. That sounds like a small thing but in years past after another company had been here, I had to get the vacuum out to clean up. And Cassandra in in the office is also very helpful and professional! Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around.
