Highly recommend! I had a difficult to find and fix electrical problem that stranded my boat on the lift. These guys stayed after it until 5 on a Friday so I could get my grandkids out on the boat once before they left. They found the bad wires and figured out a way to fix it. I have always used the. For my AC and now they will be my call for electrical too.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Sanibel Air's company service the other day and my extreme dissatisfaction. I had gone out to Home Depot and purchased a nice programmable and wi-fi enabled Thermostat for $129.00. The Sanibel Air technician was unable to get it to work. Since we did not have air conditioning running and it was Saturday, I agreed to pay 212.00 to Sanibel Air for a thermostat the Sanibel Air technician had in his truck. Later I found out that the exact thermostat sells for ~30 at Home Depot. I also had asked the Sanibel Air technician what the total charge was going to be and he said 212. I asked if that included the service charge and the Sanibel Air said yes. I'm extremely upset that I had to over pay for a thermostat, that Sanibel Air was not able to install t, and then on top of that Sanibel Air charged me the 79 service fee in addition to the 212.00.
Tyler and Nate installed a new HVAC system at our condo on 4/18/19. They did a great job. There were several complications as a result of poor work from the original installation, and they navigated all of the curveballs successfully. I would definitely use Sanibel Air again!
Honest fair and knowledgeable. Reached out to them after another company was about to rip us financially off. Sanibel Air saved us thousands literally. They are great!!!!
Josh was very prompt this morning, it only took 1 hr to fix our air conditioner . I really like the serice we receive from Sanibel air. Cassandra in the office is also very good to work with. I would definetly recomnend them to anyone.
Called to get a quote on replacing a working evaporator coil on a 3 year old Trane. Said they would give it but I’d have to pay a $79 service call. Whoopsie! Guess they just lost my business. Went with Sunset Air instead. I would suggest refunding that fee as an estimate if I retained your services. Just a thought!
Ridiculous prices To elaborate, as the owner has requested, we felt the quote was quite a bit higher than others we received for the same job. When we asked for clarification, we were told (almost rudely) that "that's what we charge", period, no explanation! The part was under warranty, so your quote of over$1000 gave us pause and needed clarification. BTW, we fully understood that our maintenance agreement would not cover items like this! We object to your comment otherwise. Re your difficulty reaching us due to us being at a performance is a bit exaggerated.. as soon as we got the call, we left the theater so we could talk. We were always happy with your maintenance service, but when we questioned your quote for replacing a coil that was under warranty, no explanation was given... therefore our 2 star rating. We felt we needed to tell our side of the story.
They’ve been doing PM under service contract on our HVAC for several years now. Always efficient work and polite people. Fair price too. Service tech Brandon is excellent. Trustworthy company!
