This is not a good company to work for. Company let me go and stated that none of the guys like working with me and that they have no work for me anyways. Company did not train me on any of the equipment after stating the day of the interview that i was new in the field and that I'm not very familiar with some of the equipment. Instead they told me to look it up on youtube and sent me to do the jobs that i had no experience in. For the last 2 months of me working for this company i had to call in a few times asking for work after they stated they were so busy. I wouldn’t recommend anybody working for this company for longevity and growth.
I worked there for 5 years the manager in Sanford is excellent but TWC took almost $6,000 out of my 401k that they had put in as agreed 17 years later really! Any 401K manager I've talked to said that that's extremely rare but they can do it because I was not over 60 when I left or had more than 7 years with the company If you have a 401k there move it now. That's a low move 16 years later.
Our AC decided it was time to have some major work done to it. It was right around the time of our preventive maintenance. Our technician came out promptly for the maintenance, identified the issue , got it over to Ryan in service and he got his guys back with the necessary parts for repair very quickly. Rick Sammons and Michael Logan spent half their day helping us yesterday, they worked hard all afternoon repairing our AC. Thank you Ryan Konitzer, Rick Sammons and Michael Logan for the prompt service.
I ordered a switch for a blender. I was told it was out of stock. No problem, send it when you can. Two days later they call me and tell me my credit card was no good. Except they copied it down incorrectly. Then I find a debit for over $31 on my bank statement for a $17 switch. They asked if I wanted it shipped overnight, I replied NO. They sent it overnight. $14 shipping for a switch that might have cost $2 - 3 to put in the mail. Where has common sense gone?
This company charges thousands of dollars and sends technicians without proper training. Be prepared to pay up and still be left with a broken machine. I will never use TWC services again for any refrigeration problem.
Unfortunately their workers can not driver. Almost got ran of the road by their company vehicle. They were speeding and in a hurry. To bad the company does not care about other drivers on the road.
