    A little on the expensive side but they do really good work and I trust them. Especially The technician Kerry!

    The driver of truck 93531 on 3/15/22 passed me on the shoulder of the road, and pushed me into another lane when he then cut in front of me. I called and left a message with this business and will be happy to remove this review once they reach out and tell me that the issue has been dealt with. Slow down dude, my life (and everyone else's) is more valuable than the 2 minutes you might save by trying to get home early at the end of the day.

    I have had several service calls. It's always an issue. Billing is a major issue. DO NOT under any circumstances let them store your credit card information. You will be billed before pricing is discussed. Use a card that you can LOCK and unlock it once you have agreed on a price. Service on most of my items where good. However I dont like to be bamboozled when it comes to pricing. The last item I had them fix... a warmer. Cost me 350 to fix and the same issues started again 38 days later. Faulty switch. I was told we cover 30 days. If you want us to come again you pay! No discount no explanation...just pay. I just found a other company that had a higher level of service to provide. Do your research before using this company

    Although I didn’t need TWC Services for Heating/air, I would definitely recommend them on account of their professional and extremely helpful attitudes. I ran into car trouble today on the side of the road off Buford Hwy by the Goodwill and 2 employees came over to ask me if I was ok and if I needed assistance; which I definitely did-never having changed a tire before. Both Harley and Coty changed my tire, showed me how to do it and stayed until I was good to go! I tried to give them what I had in my wallet but they refused, so if this is the only way I can say thank you to these guys here it is. TWC I hope you know what amazing people you have working for you! Thanks again

    Sometimes, you get someone who knows a lot. Other times, you get guys pulling apart sections of your equipment that don't seem relevant to the problem at hand. It's hit or miss, but they're pretty quick to respond and are qualified for most restaurant type issues.

    I’m seeing these low reviews and figured maybe it’s got something to do with the locations, because I get nothing but great service with every tech that comes to my location. I manage a movie theater in Acworth, GA, and I have to say that these guys are and have always been lifesavers. They started with just servicing our ice machines (and doing a great job at that) when I found out later they could service our popcorn poppers as well, which had never received the service they very much needed before. Since TWC has gotten their hands on our equipment everything works better than ever! They are thorough, professional (while being personable), and honest. They will do all they can to fix issues while saving me as much money and time as possible (they warn before coming out on overtime hours and will try to troubleshoot/narrow down the issue over the phone rather than just showing up and charging you extra for the time it takes to do the same...now that is a company that cares!)
    I can’t say enough about TWC, except I wish I had started using them years earlier.

    Called TWC to take a look at our walk-in that went down. The technician that came out said we had multiple coolant leaks and that we needed to replace the entire system for $6,000.00. Given the cost, we went ahead and called another company for a second opinion. When the new technician arrived he was able to determine that there was an electrical failure and completed the repairs within 45 mins. He checked for leaks in the coolant lines and found none. The system has been operating perfect for 5 weeks now. We had a positive experience with TWC before which is worth mentioning, but this has overshadowed that significantly. Use this company at your own risk.

    Ripp off...dont use them. I understand making a dollar hit to mark up a part needed over 300% is ridiculous. I can buy the new thermostat for my pizza oven I needed online for $220 and they were trying g to charge me $720 just for the part.

    Brian Jones is a stellar tech! Give that man a raise and keep him coming out for service calls. He is very professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I couldn't ask fir a better tech!
