Had no air conditioning for about a week and this new trane computerized system sucks don't buy it just trust me. Go with the old systems. Warranty they give sucks and no one can help because they don't understand the system. Costs more money but you will regret it.

The store manager was very friendly and there was a hot chick behind the counter. Will definitely go back.

Poor customer service was waiting for 15 minutes while being the only person there before one of the 3 people working said anything to me.
