Jeff has been servicing my A/C for years, he is very meticulous and does the job right. His prices are fair and he is very honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I called Subzero for a second opinion as the first company I called instantly wanted to replace my 11 year old system and all I needed was a part. I am so glad that I did as they were prompt and knowledgeable and got me up and running same day. The other thing that was in their favor was they had my part as the other company said they didn't know if they could get my part. Jeff installed a new air handler and A/C /heat pump. Excellent work, 6.5 years ago. Since then his work has been going downhill.
It is POOR at best. I personally sold 2 complete systems for him and wish I NEVER did. I also recommended him to other people, and he never returned calls. The calls that I made to him (3 to the exact) 2 Fridays ago NO COOL, 86 degrees and rising went unanswered until the following Saturday at 11:00 am, He left a voicemail stating that he was on vacation and that I should "find someone else" In all fairness I WAS RUDE AT 11:00 pm Friday the night before. (my 3rd and final call) I stated on that call that if the was no reply, that he was FIRED. Well, how Rude of me was that ? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU MEAN NOTHING TO THEM, Chuck Vlasic

I have been a customer of Sub Zero since the beginning of time and before. We had family coming into town for Thanksgiving and as it always goes our heat pump for the hot tub failed, I called Jeff and he was on the spot that afternoon to fix it. Happy family, happy Thanksgiving, thanks SubZero
