I bought a multi family unit back in 2004, I called around to multiple company's before I found Sub Zero. The owner Jeff showed up and looked at the problem. I ended up needing a whole new unt, so he gave me a price and was back in 2 days....as promised, and completed the work. Jeff and his technicians did a great job getting my tenants air back on and nice and cool! What was even better is Jeff took the time to check out all the other units on the property and made minor adjustments for me while he was there. It's been 12 years now and Jeff just replaced the air conditioner in my unit. I would not trust anyone else with the air conditioning units in my rental properties to anyone else! Sub Zero has been there for me and my tenants, great customer service, the technicians and very knowledgeable, and the owner Jeff actually shows up personally. I wish I could give Sub Zero more then 5 stars! If you need A/C work do not hesitate to give them a call!

Sub Zero just did a service on my home a/c and Jeff always comes through. Jeff has been taking care of my home a/c needs for 10 years now. Jeff has been servicing my ac units in 3 of my houses for the last 10+ years. He installed a Trane system and multiple UV lights. Jeff also now takes care of our townhome a/c system. He found a problem with our coil that the builder missed and even got it covered under their warranty!

Jeff and Natalie showed up right on time. Our floors were protected. They worked from 8-5 to install our new air conditioning unit. Cleanup was perfect. They called to make sure all was working.
