Chris and his staff were amazing. From start to finish, Chris was immediate response, Wayne came and assessed the problems, Chris was understanding of my situation and immediate need as well as providing a reasonable quote and arranging the installation. Greg and Matt, the technicians, were on time, professional, kind, efficient, and took the care and customer service that made a hard job a pleasant experience. 110% recommend this company, owner and staff for any AC needs, service, repairs and replacement you require. What a great experience and wonderful customer service and great product. One very happy (and cool) customer here.

These guys are nothing short of remarkable. My bid my replacement AC out to three vendors. I am mediately got that warm and fuzzy feeling after meeting their representative. No hassle no problems no issues nothing to say but thanks for the outstanding work.

If you are reading this, then chances are you're HOT! My advice - give Ricciardi's Heating and Air Conditioning a call. I did and they were out almost immediately and had my problem fixed in 30 minutes. Whew! It is so nice to have cool air again. And another thing. It was a simple fix. I have had people who do not know what they are doing come to my house and "practice" on me. That can cost a fortune. These guys did not try and sell me a service or part that was not needed. I applaud them! Go ahead, if you are reading this, give them a call.

Can't say enough good things about these guys! Never fun when your AC goes down but at least I have found an honest and reliable company that I can trust not only to get the job done quickly, but at a fair and honest price. Good people, and good companies that you can trust seem hard to find these days, but I would never hesitate to give these guys a call for any of your HVAC needs!

A great company. They really care. Mechanical things are just that. But people make the difference. Chris and Wayne made me feel like I was important even on a weekend. We lost a blower motor on Saturday afternoon I was told tech would be here 10 am Sunday. He was 5 min early. And now 10 am Monday we have the parts and ac has been restored. Tried to go thru a home shield place and they were ignorant and non helpful This company is awesome. Thank you.
