Exceptional knowledge. Everything he said about my unit was dead on. Ended up needing needing new duct system. Any other company might have sold me a stronger unit and be done with it, but he explained that the duct system was not designed correctly, Jeff wasn’t doing duct work at the time so I had to go with a duct company. Also got me great prices on new internals for my current system with 5 year warranty. I highly recommend using sub zero for your ac maintenance.

Subzero Cooling and Heating offers THE BEST customer service and professionalism in town. Jeff installed our AC unit years ago and it's still running like its brand new! We do maintenance with with them twice a year, and have never had an issue with our unit. Natalie is quick to answer the phones and Jeff is quick to get to your house. My house is cold again!! Anyone living in Florida knows the importance of a cool home. Jeff and Natalie came out and gave me a quote to replace both of my units and air handlers. Price was great and they thoroughly explained the entire process to me. When they came out to actually complete the install it was done with such precision and they made sure that everything was buttoned up and cleaned before they left. When our A/C went out 3 years ago we called the company that had installed it in 2005. Had to have the unit replaced and it went out again the following summer. It took that company a week to do the warranty work, which was poorly done and has caused several additional visits. So we switched to Sub-Zero when the spa heat pump wasn't working. Jeff fixed it same day at a very reasonable price. Been a Sub-Zero customer ever since. They have reasonable maintenance rates and are very easy to schedule. Three times this summer our A/C was not cooling properly (due to the above mentioned shoddy work by the other company) and when we call, Jeff gets here same day or next morning. Both Jeff and Natalie are kind, courteous and a pleasure to work with, we HIGHLY recommend Sub-Zero!

It is our good fortune to have Jeff as our AC contractor. He is timely, reliable, trustworthy, personable, kind and very competent. We have been customers for more than 6 years. Following is a typical example of Jeff's work ethic and competence - after Hurricane Irma in September 2017, our neighbor told us that our AC unit was damaged by fallen tree branches. We called Jeff from upstate NY after 6 PM - Natalie, Jeff's office manager, talked with us, told us not to worry and said that Jeff would be at our place the next morning. True to word, our AC unit was repaired the next morning - that is a typical example of Jeff's reliability.
