AC broke down in the middle of the night. Called around and got a lot of lip services. All of the 24/7 support numbers as advertised are just call centers taking leads to trap you in for "next morning's appointment," not real repairmen on standby to serve emergency matters. East Coast Air Solutions is exceptional. The service manger Jim was amazing, responsive and caring, and real! This is a really good service provider - reliable and responsive. A rarity. Highly recommend.

When I called July 3rd at 10:00 pm for service, I was told the service call would be $199.00, which I verbally agreed to , plus whatever parts were necessary. It was a drainage problem and was fixed in a short time. I was charged an extra $200.00. $432.00 total. I’m an elderly lady on oxygen and I was happy to have my a/c back, so I paid the full amount. I feel I was taken advantage of in this situation.
Otherwise, Woody the service man was very polite, professional and knew my problem right away.

Woody came to service our unit that desperately needed a fix and he is the absolute best! He was knowledgeable, prompt, fair, and explained everything very well. Lifetime customer! Thank you Woody!

Unfortunately... I had a new A.C. put in less than 3 years ago by a different company. Fortunately Jim came to save the day, On a Saturday, In less than 45 minutes, 3 years later, and identified that I have a free-on leak. Unfortunately... Jim was faced with a customer who actively looks to break down business acumen. Fortunately, Jim is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and is a genuine person, not a full blown sales rep looking to separate you from your bank account. I am extremely impressed with the service and response time. If you're reading this review, you're likely in the spot I was in yesterday - I'm sorry... However, Look no further! You found the business your looking for.

Jim was very polite and pleasant to work with. He explained all the issues I was having with my Ac and other suggestions that can help my home stay cool. He got the part right away and had me feeling cool again. This is a true reliable company that stands by their name.
