Great customer service! It's hard to know who to trust but Freddy really made me feel at ease. The fan had stopped working and I was without AC. I called Freddy, he came quickly and gave me several options without making me feel pressured.

In the end he got my ac working again and I have not had any issues since.

Cleanliness and explanation on everything was always on point. Already referred family to them because I'm so happy. You're not doing yourself justice if you go anywhere else. When my air conditioner was going on the fritz, I contacted Indoor Air Care for a solution.
I was greeted by Liz when I called and she was very helpful throughout the whole process of scheduling an appointment to seeing how the new air conditioning unit was working.
Freddy, the owner, came out and explained all my options without any pressure. I knew I needed a new unit and their prices were very reasonable.
The new unit and air handler was a Ruud 3 ton and I LOVE IT😁👍
The technicians were awesome, very professional, and actually beautified my garage by enclosing the old duct work by the air handler.
I don't know many companies that the owner comes out and explains my options, works along with his crew installing the new unit, and then inspects the work afterwards.

Great price. Very nice to work with. From the office to the installers, everyone was very friendly. I was even a bit picky on one thing and they gladly changed it to my liking. You are going to save money with Indoore Air Care but you wont skimp on quality. They replaced my entire system including the duct work. I am super impressed with the duct work and got a great Carrier unit. Please consider Indoore Air Care for your next A/C installation job.

Indoor air care is so professional and accomidating. I called them due to my AC went out. They were out the same day gave me an estimate had the AC installed the next day. Freddy and his staff are amazing and so professional in all aspects of the process.

My overall experience with Freddy was wonderful from start to finish. We had to replace our HVAC system. Upon arrival he greeted us with his license and business card and I thought that was very professional. He took the time to give us the best option for our unit size. He came out before Christmas and we had our unit in the 26th of December. The guys that did the insulation were fast and efficient and knowledgeable about what they are doing. They did everything within 3 & half hours. I can’t thank Freddy enough and I can’t leave out Ana there Assistant, she always kept in contact with us pertaining permit, scheduling, city inspection and etc. overall this is an Exellect company and will definitely recommend.

Great customer service from the office to the services provided. I hired them twice. Once to install a UV light and the other time to do a regular annual maintenance. Their prices were reasonable and they are very knowledgeable, friendly, and trustworthy. I have even recommended them to friends and they have been satisfied as well.

Freddy and his crew installed a complete system... including relocating my air handler, duct work, additional vents and intakes. Amazing job, professional, clean and efficient. Liz in the office is awesome too ! Would recommend to anyone.

Had my HVAC and condenser replaced today. Arturo and Freddy came and were complete professionals even worked in the rain to get the job done. Nothing was going to stop them.
