On September 12, 2015 I had an issue with my home air conditioner not blowing out much air and cool air at that. I had issues with it earlier on in the hot Florida summer, so I knew what to look for. The radiator wasn't frozen neither was the drain clogged and it didn't need draining which happened last time. So I checked outside air handler which wasn't operating as hard and not blowing out as much air. The thermostat reached 85 degrees so after any obvious troubleshooting I could do, I was recommended Freddy at Indoor Air Care, local in St Lucie County. I called Freddy on that Saturday and he was able to come to my house and service the issue within an hour. I thought this was very impressive since most companies I dealt with either didn't work weekends or couldn't work fast enough to service multiple customers within a given day.
Freddy came by and checked the inside air unit and after a few minutes of checking that and the air handler he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes. The outside AC capacitor needed changing which Freddy had in stock in his service truck and was able to change out in minutes. He literally fixed the issue within 10 minutes and now my house has cooled down again like normal.
I highly recommend Indoor Air Care and the experience of Freddy's services as he was honest, knew exactly what to do and didn't over charge me. Give these guys a call if you are located anywhere from Palm City to Vero Beach. They are awesome!

Excellent, professional and timely service with a personal touch:
My A/C unit was leaking coolant and after two visits (and more scheduled) the company that covered the warranty (clean air technologies) could not find the leak, they would simply charge me for service calls and give a bunch of excuses and false promises. I could see that I was getting ripped off and taken for a ride so I simply terminated my relationship with them.
After his initial visit, Freddie, the owner of “Indoor Care Air” was able to quickly determine the source of the problem with a visual inspection and took the time to explain, in great detail, the cause along with recommended solutions to consider. I received a free service call and honest, accurate information.
All costs associated with the work to be performed were presented up front with no surprises. Workmanship was excellent. The City inspector commented on the consistent high quality of work produced by this company throughout PSL.
I am thoroughly impressed with both the service and the quality of work performed. Based solely on my personal experience, I highly recommend Freddie and Indoor Air Care without reservation.

I am totally impressed with the service we received from Indoor Air Care, Inc. Liz took my call and scheduled a same-morning appointment for an A/C evaluation for a home that we own in Port Saint Lucie. I was not able to be on site, but Liz coordinated everything to get the technician out to us quickly and at a surprisingly low cost. The capacitor was found to be faulty and was able to be replaced during the same visit. Liz kept me updated throughout the service call and our entire situation from start to end was taken care of in just a couple of hours. The follow up from Liz on the billing and our need for a paid receipt was handled immediately. I highly recommend Indoor Air Care.

I have used this company before for A/C issues and now came the time to replace the whole system. Freddy and team are courteous, on time, detail oriented and fair priced. They came and did what they said they would on the day they committed to. His office staff kept me posted and handled the paperwork. They even registered my new unit with the manufacturer. I literally didn't have to worry about a thing. Freddy is always reachable to answer any questions or doubts, what business owner does that? Freddy does!

Great service and extreamly focused on detail and professionalism. I had my complete system replaced on 1/23/17 and I was amazed at the way they worked. Freddy came to the house a day before and gave me several different options. He did not try to sell me a bigger, better, or more expensive solution. He was concerned about getting me exactly what I needed at the best value. The team of 2 worked together and installed the inside and outside unit in about 6hrs. They left the garage clean and the instillation is perfect. I would suggest these guys to my mother and grandmother. They really are out to take care of their customers and are concerned with your needs.

Freddy and his team were great all around. We called on Thursday night. They met with us Friday morning, and by Monday we had a brand new central air conditioning unit installed and working fine. They were fast, efficient, friendly, and coordinated getting the permits and the approvals. A pleasure to work with!

Our air condition unit stopped working just as we were getting ready to welcome our out of town guests, but thanks to their quick response to our call for help - we had a new unit installed in short order and our guests were able to relax and enjoy their time in Florida.
