Fan motor broke in my air handler. I didn't do my research before I panic called. He charged me almost $700 with a "discount" just for replacing a $170 part. Do yourself a favor and call around. Let my expensive lesson be yours for free.

This the only A/C contractor that you need for service or new install. Freddie did exactly what he said he was going to do and did better than any contractor I've ever seen.
