Fantastic service. My technicians name was Curtis. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time (and this was on a Saturday morning). He did not leave until everything was completed and clean. He addressed all of my concerns... I have used Mr Air once before and had the same great experience. I would 100% reccomend their services!

Every time I want to change air conditioning companies they send someone fabulous like Pierre today and I wish that I had him every time and that he could take care of me personally! … Today I had Rudy come out to do my maintenance and he is absolutely wonderful also! I speak to Jamie about my maintenance and I just told her that she is the person that is keeping me with Mr. Air because I’ve had such problems before but she is fixing all of them and sending me people like Pierre and Rudy who are just wonderful technicians! Good job done… You guys should be paid a lot for the great job you’re doing!

I first contacted this company on 11/18/22 to give me a quote on replacing a roof AC system at one of the over 100 rental properties I manage. Today is 12/7/22 and I have still not heard back from them even though I have called them repeatedly. If I took that long to get an answer, I would lose my Clients.
