The sales process was clear and thorough. The installation was very difficult due to space constraints and they persevered. They finished late, but I had cooling the same day, as promised. They came back for a vent cleaning, and also resolved an issue with door clearance. Everything was done as promised, and very pleasantly. Thank you for the job well done.

The prices they gave me were a scam. They wanted to charge me over $1600 for the work I needed. They had some very misleading discounts. If I asked for just one service, it would cost me more than if I hired other services that I didn't need. Terrible. I ended up hiring some guys who charged me 65% less and the job was flawless.

I have been extremely pleased with Mr. Air and their rapid response in addressing my A/C issues. It is a pleasure to have both the knowledge and expertise of Mr. Chadrick Grey, who was able to diagnose the problem and immediately take action to repair the situation. I highly recommend Mr. Air and appreciate Mr. Grey's professionalism and dedicated work ethic.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY!! Worst customer service. Paid over 400$ for a “plan” that they have no recollection of coming here even after I showed them
Receipt and they want to charge us AGAIN FOR A PLAN. Super RUDE.

Update :

They came two days ago AND THE AC IS STILL BROKEN !!! We spoke to someone yesterday they said they will be here today at 10:30 now this morning at 8 some lady with a rude attitude calls and says we don’t have those time slots only afternoon I said we spoke to a tech yesterday and she interrupts me and said that tech now has calls and I have to pay for them to come out again even tho they didn’t do their job correctly the first time.

Glad I chose this company. They responded quickly and I didn’t have to wait in hot summer for a/c replacement and they are responsible for their job. Obviously would recommend to a friend

Mr.Air USED to be fabulous. I used them for close to 24 years. They changed ownership and that’s where things went down hill. Their prices went through the roof! Absurd!! I paid a ridiculous price for my warranty (admin cost.) The administration isn’t up to old standards with answering calls, call backs, confusion, setting on time service. Sorry, but I can’t afford the new owners prices.

I’m very satisfied with the work Ron F. has done in my condo after many companies this found the problem and repaired after 2 weeks of smooth running and no breakdowns I glad to write this positive review

The installers CARLOS and NICK arrived as scheduled and were professional, courteous, careful of my home, careful of their work, and cleaned up before they left. The operations manager RALPH oversaw completion and a technical supervisor RICHIE inspected the installation before they left.
