Was without heat over the entire Christmas weekend when temperatures were in the 40s. No one ever picked up phone!!
Mr Air installed a new $7K unit in October (I trusted your folks to do it correctly while I was still in NY). When I got down to FL a few weeks later, AC was not working properly so I needed service. The technician “fixed” the system and he also noticed that new thermostat had never been installed (it was just left on the counter). He installed thermostat and AC system seemed fine.
Fast forward to Saturday December 24 - temps plummeted to the 40s and NO HEAT! Tried calling for service and NO ONE answered ALL WEEKEND!!!!!! Today - Tuesday December 27 FINALLY got through and technician arrived . . . within 5 minutes detected that THERMOSTAT had been installed INCORRECTLY!!!! Thank you to the technician for fixing the issue but I am NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER ! ! !
Excellent service. On time,thorough, patient, and caring. The technician explained things clearly and completely. I felt I was in great hands .very professional. I felt the technician Norray did everything at the highest level.
They were my installer on my remodel and have continued to use them for service to present day. We encountered some serious issues this time around on installation of a replacement American Standard unit due to an incompetent installer that caused this company major headaches. He has since been fired. Finally, after some months of attempts at getting things right, we heartfully give thanks to management and our new installer Karry and his assistant Leon for totally replacing the previously poorly installed one with a new unit. This work required a little engineering to accommodate our powered AccuClean filter and they did a great job. Thanks for doing it right, expecting timeliness improves.
Thank you Emily for recommending Norray, besides being a nice person, she is well trained and very thorough! I am planning on duct and vent cleaning in the spring before the summer heat sets in. I have requested that Norray would come to take care of my AC system. She is neat in her work and respectful of the home she is working in. I am very pleased with Norray, Emily and Mr. Air.
Rick was on time, friendly, and very professional. He made the best of his time and swiftly cleaned up our AC. He made me feel confident our AC is well taken care of.
