Mr. Air AC & Electrical

When I was in need and my “normal” AC company wasn’t sure when they were able to come through, I called Mr. Air. Same day service was not a problem. Even though they couldn’t stick with the window time that was given (no biggie), there was communication the whole time letting me know when they would be arriving. Chris Washington was the technician that helped me. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough, which is rare these days. He had helped get me up and running and even though there is more work to be done, I feel confident in Chris and Mr. Air to satisfy my needs and concerns. They were recommended through a friend and highly recommend to anyone else in need. Thank you Chris and thank you Mr. Air!

I have had experience with the company as a maintenance customer for my AC. They replaced my old system with a quality new system. All the personnel I have encountered from the sales rep, to the installers to the maintenance people have all been extremely professional and courteous. I recommend them. I am a retired customer relations consultant so my standards are pretty high and Mr Air met them.

We have used Mr Air for more then 10 years. We moved and last year they replaced our duct work and installed a new unit In the new home.

There were some issues but they continued to strive to rectify and make it 100% satisfactory. Its been over 6 months and our AC has never functioned better.

Chris came today to do our bi annual maintenance today. He was on time, communicated what he had checked and done and did a thorough evaluation. Very professional .

Susan in the office is fantastic. I'm very happy I went with Mr. Air for my brand new AC unit in my condo. They got the job done very nicely. Price was reasonable as well.

Ron the tech was on time, polite, and thorough. I had to my cracked drip pan replace taking the time to make sure the correct size was installed. He also corrected a funky drain line previously installed that blocked access to my filter. He also installed a UV filter to keep condenser water from getting moldy which was a problem before clogging the drain line. Finally, he happened to notice the wiring on my evaporator was misaligned and took an extra few second to fix. Ron was again friendly and thorough. Well done.

Mr Aire installed two new air conditioners in our home. They arrived on time, worked cleanly and professionally and stayed on the job into the early evening until it was completed. John did an excellent and thorough job. The office staff was also very helpful. The following day I had a question and the supervisor showed up that day and answered my question. Good job, Mr Aire!

Chris, the technician, is a dedicated employee. He was courteous, knowledgeable and committed to provide a thorough check on our AC system. We just purchased our house and the AC system had not been checked in over a year. Chris cleared out debris and water, flushed the coils, and replaced some parts. He explained all the repairs clearly. He is an asset to the Mr Air business.

10/10 recommend. Our technician was Mr. Rudy and he did a great job with the diagnosis and repair. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave recommendations. Would definitely use their services again.

This is a very good company, I’ve been with them for years. Great service, quick and efficient. The tech who came today was Norray. It was the first time she was at my house. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and did a terrific job. I would definitely ask for her the next time. Emily, who I speak to on the phone, is terrific as usual. She’s so pleasant and easy to talk to. Such a terrific company. I would recommend them to anyone.
