Flo-Rite Air Conditioning and Heating

I called left message they were very prompt in returning my phone call. We discussed what was going on it was an emergency at that time and once they arrived we discussed multiple options. My husband and I decided on a whole house variable 18 seer HVAC system air conditioner with purification system which was done expertly. They will punctual explained in detail what was to occur any suggestions they reviewed with us prior and rationale for the service and device. They left the work area very clean. We had prior estimates which they bet and offered additional service to maintain our system. We plan on using them again for future projects.

You always feel like you are in a precarious position when your AC fails and it is 90° with a feels like temp of 115. We called Flo-rite as a third quote as we suspected the AC was in its way out. The owner, TJ, came out immediately and assessed the situation. He provided a thorough explanation of what was needed and provided a few levels of options for Seer rating, compressor options for efficiency and payment options. We spoke a couple of times so that I was clear on the options and what how they perform as well as what he felt was the best options. After I made the decision he and his team were here the next day. They had a new slab of concrete poured, new air handler, UV light for mold and bacteria removal and prevention in the air handler and the system humming within the same day. The installers never stopped, kept the area clean and even cleaned up the hallway where the air handler went into thre attic. I had a couple of questions after the fact ands TJ was the to answer ands assist when needed. It was a great experience, fair pricing and excellent workmanship. Great team of guys!!!

Our thermostat stopped working over the New Year holiday weekend. They came out within a few hours of my call and had it replaced. The crew has always be professional and kind. We would highly recommend.

Called first thing this am, our ac went out Sunday am while gone to church we came home to only the blower working. Flo rite was out today hours after making the call.

A few nights ago our AC stopped blowing air. We called around and the first company with availability was the one we chose. We didn’t like their answer, so my brother-in-law recommended FloRite. They came out and diagnosed the same issue but the cost was a lot less! Josh came yesterday morning and worked for about two hours and now we are cool! I will recommend them to anyone who needs servicing. We all slept so much easier last night! And it makes coming in from mowing the lawn so much better today! My whole family says thank you!!!

Found Flo-Rite thru homeadvisor. We were looking for a local a/c company that I could trust - as we haven't had the best service in the past. Thomas initially called me and I was immediately impressed with the company.
TJ came out for the appointment and, while we didnt get the best news on our unit, I absolutely did not feel like I was getting ripped off or a raw deal. TJ was up front, honest, gave us the options, and then got out of the way. He wasn't pushy and didnt try to sell anything. They were extremely thorough as well. We absolutely found a company I'm proud to promote as "our a/c company." If you're looking for a company - by all means - give these guys a call!

Seriously best service out there! Came home to an 82* house after a long hot day on the boat last night. I Called TJ and he came right over and looked everything over.(10pm) Wasn’t able to resolve the issue that night as he needed more parts/etc but first thing this morning he and another gentleman came right out and had it fixed in 30 mins!! Do yourself a favor and give them a call for your AC/heating needs! Lifetime customer here!!! Not only are they available 24/7 with exceptional service but he also won’t just try to sell you, honest and reliable!!

Wow is all I have to say. I contacted Flo-Rite on Friday night, TJ the owner returned my call 10 minutes later. At that current time no openings until early morning. He called me an hour later, stating he had a cancellation and was on his way. He got there and right away figured out what was wrong with our AC. Long story short Saturday TJ returned to our house with a portable AC (at no extra charge)that was amazing. We were able to sleep great, it kept our bedroom cool and comfortable. Through Saturday-Tuesday I would text TJ asking questions and concerns and he would get right back to me. Tuesday morning right on time, the crew came in and put in a completely new system, everything even down to the concrete pad under the unit. They were very friendly and the customer service was outstanding. I definitely give TJ and his company 5 stars, and will recommend Flo-Rite to anyone and everyone.

TJ was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He also took time to explain what was happening in each area and proposed several different options for repair/replacement. This company delivers as promised with on time, efficient and honest service. Would highly recommend!
