They were originally called out to service my system. In the end it turned out to be a full replace. They have been very communicative throughout and explained everything for my options. We have had some follow up items that have led to a couple more calls and they have always been on time. Recent trip was a result of replacing the filter because I could not get it to fit (first time replacing) and they took care of it and explained why it was having difficulty being inserted.

We had the best experience with Flo-Rite! A family member referred us to them and they were quick to come out and address our problem. The techs were actually early for both their appts and explained the problem thoroughly where it could be understood. There was no sales pitch given of parts and stuff that we didnt need. Which was the experience we received from another company just 3 days prior to calling Flo-Rite. Personality, self presentation and company representation are very important to us when looking for a repair company and both techs/reps were polite, professional, work focused and very friendly. I know that Businesses need to make money to survive and to keep on surviving but you dont do that with scamming customers in need. You do that with great service, morals and a friendly face. We were so extremely pleased with Flo-Rite and definitely will be using them for future services!

I've been using these guys a few years now. They respond quickly. I feel like they give you a fair shake and after 5 or 6 occasions of having them in my home I will vouch for their quality work and integrity. It also seems that TJ has a knack for finding and hiring very personable technicians. One of them, Robert, serviced my unit today. There's a lot of AC guys out there and I'm sure they're good too. But three times in a row now I've dialed Flo-Rite with an unexpected problem and had them be at my house the next day to fix it. That's what buys my loyalty.
