Flo-Rite Air Conditioning and Heating

I called for routine maintenance and got an appointment for the next day. Received a text when they were enroute. Unfortunately I had to have a part replaced - but wasn’t pushed into it and was given the time to be shown why that part needed replacement. Felt everything was handled respectfully, professional and kind. Defined recommend!

My a/c died a few weeks ago and I started the tedious process of getting repair quotes versus replacement costs. There were several decent organizations that responded to my inquiry here on Google, but TJ with Flo-Rite took it to the next level. He responded almost immediately and treated me like a real person and not a potential dollar sign. He arrived promptly and we ventured around the inside and outside a/c units and discussed options; all the while he was explaining to me how the system worked, how mine failed, and pointers for future maintenance. Flo-Rite's offer was extremely fair and we moved forward with the installation of a new system. The team showed up as planned and got started right away. They were here about half a day and the new equipment is awesome. The guys were all very knowledgeable and friendly and took extra steps to keep my house spotless and cleaned up everything once they were done. I cannot say enough great things about this experience and highly recommend Flo-Rite Air Conditioning and Heating for your a/c needs. Thank you TJ and team for treating me like a neighbor.

Update: 10-15-2021… I cannot say enough great things about Flo-Rite. I have been a customer since 2018. They always answer the phone or return a message; they are always flexible with scheduling; they always provide the best customer service whether repairing or just maintaining; their pricing is super fair and easy to understand and I highly recommend this team for any/all HVAC work. Great company. They answered my calls right away. T.J was great , he explained in detailed what I needed it. The price was very comparable. The crew that did the job was great, they came in and started the job right away. They were very quiet and very polite and the finished the installation on time. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had flo-rite out to give us an estimate for ductwork repair. Tech Josh Cordero came out looked over the the job and provided an estimate. We were also charged a service call just to give an estimate. Looking at the estimate. It appeared to be a fair estimate so we contacted flo-rite to see about getting the work done. At first things seemed to be going somewhat OK with the owner TJ. Although, he was slow getting back with us to establish a date and time. After, finally establishing a date and time for them to show. No one showed up. I called left voice-mail and sent text messages to see if anyone was showing up. No response. After, going out 5 days without air conditioning. I decided to do a temporary fix myself and call another company for the repair. I then called flo-rite back and left a voice mail and sent a text,stating there services were no longer needed. TJ then sent a text to let me know they could come out the next day. Bottom line is they didn't keep there appointment as stated. Although,the tech that came out was nice. I don't see how they can be a 5 star company when they can't reach out to their customers if any changes need to be done. Customers should not have to be the ones to reach out and try to find out what's going on. Flo-rite may have taken a service fee from us, but lost out on the repair and,possibly future maintenance on our air conditioning system.

Response time was fantastic. Josh was able to diagnose the noise coming from my outside unit. He had a replacement motor on his truck. In a little more than an hour, my AC was up and running again quietly and better than before. Thank you so much!

2nd time Ive had josh with flo rite out to fix ac he's shown up quick and got me fixed up even quicker both times and for a fair price too

Everyone at Flo-Rite Air Conditioning and Heating was incredible. I called at 8 a.m. and someone was at my home by 9:15. The tech was as sweet as could be, helped me fix my fence, and solved the problem. Thanks everyone!

Very well satisfied. The guy Cameron didn’t really quit until he find what the problemwas He was a patient guy. Good job . That’s the way it should be . He explained to me what’s going on and have a lot of Options.
