Employees are very professional! Showed up on time answered all questions. Installed new AC unit in a very timely matter! Very Thorough with workmanship. Explained and showed how to run new system. Went above and beyond my Expectations! Highly Recommend Flo Rite for your AC repair and install! Work is very great quality and very clean! Do not call anyone else but Flo-Rite!

I am very happy with the customer service and the work put in with Flo-Rite! Actually found the company on HomeAdvisor. And, they had good reviews on there. The owner of the company called and coordinated my appointment. He was very helpful and was able to speak to me about my outdated equipment and what problems I was having and the exact reasoning! Long story short ,I needed to replace and outdated unit that was actually too small for my residence anyway. Never once did I feel as if I was talking to a salesman or being up-sold something. I was getting some straight forward answers and was comfortable with getting my new unit put in. Not only did this company fix and replace my faulty equipment, they did it the next day and had GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I can not speak highly enough on how professional and fair these workers are!

ALSO!!!! All Military Vets, Active Duty, Reserves... This company is very Military friendly! They will work with you and get you into some great equipment to get you into a more comfortable life!!!!

My AC was acting up and I had called another AC company. But they didn't service my area. But they recommended Flo-Rite. Right there I knew I was going to be in good hands. I made the call and TJ Cordero came to the house and checked my system out. I decided to replace the system because repairing it would be about the same cost of a new one. Josh and his helper showed up and did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done. I'm glad I made the right move and had Flo-rite install my system. They took great care of me and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new system and a trustworthy company!

Great company to work with! Flo-Rite was able to send Thomas out the same day, so I wouldn’t be stuck in the heat for the night. Thomas was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job explaining everything. I am happy to have finally found my go to A/C guys that are here to help me make educated decisions and solve the problem. A++ company, I highly recommend!

They replaced my A/C system and did a great job. They did exactly what they said they were going to to and when they said they were gonna get it done. I would definitely recommend them if you need any A/C work or maintenance.

We were experiencing problems without breaker tripping. Discovered that breaker wasn't big enough and we had to get a new one. We weren't told this at time of installation so the colder weather signaled the problem as the house tried to stay warm Name on came out and advised if same and apologized for the oversight. We were not charged for the call. What I appreciate most about this co pant is their honesty and willingness to do what's right. They are always there when I need them.

Gene was a great technician. He was at my home within 2 hours from the time I made the request. He was very thorough with his inspection and informative if there were any questions that I had. He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. I would recommend to anyone.

After a disastrous visit from another company, !!!!
From my first contact with Flo-rite, I knew I had chosen the RIGHT company.
Tj, knew straight away what was wrong, what was needed !
He was in constant contact letting me know exactly what was going on in regards to ordering the unit and then when work was going to begin.
Honestly one of the best experiences I have had with any other contractor.
