One of our ac units is in need of repair, fan motor. Reached out to Flo-Rite via Thumbtack late last night. Immediate response and Gene was at the house today and assessed the problem.

We have gone thru 5 coils since buying our Trane unit 7 yrs ago. We have used Air Masters, Velocity and several other companies that repaired our problems. They did a good job but never identified the underlying issue. We even had a Trane rep at the house two yrs ago that couldn’t explain.

TJ & Gene with Flo-Rite immediately identified our current issue with the fan motor and discovered why our Trane destroys coils.

Flo-Rite is responsive (immediate), knowledgeable, experienced and able to convey the technical info in a way that make sense.

This company was a godsend to me and my daughter. TJ came and gave me a fair quote to replace my two old units (beating out another competitor's price, warranty, and timeline), and installed it the very next day. They have been responsive to questions/concerns, always with sincerity, speed, and respect. Highly recommend, very satisfied customer!

Maintence Service was scheduled for Wednesday morning. They were a little late, but I was notified before hand. I was pleased with everything that was performed.

After meeting with T.J, co-owner of Flo Rite AC Service, I felt very informed regarding their Diagnostics of the system @ my home of 3 months, that was previously addressed. He always seemed 2 have my understanding of the proposed services, to be a major concern.

It was 91 degrees and high humidity and I searched for a hvac company and came across flo-rite with good reviews and called them TJ (owner) answered the phone and asked when I wanted someone to come out I said ASAP and he said a tech would be out by 4:30. Twenty minutes later I get a text saying someone was on the way. Turns out TJ took the call himself, checked the unit turns out motor was bad, he said we could replace it but the system was 20 years old and I might want to consider replacing it so I decided it wasn’t going to work any better and decided to replace it The new unit comes with a 10 parts and labor warranty and a very fair price with 0 financing for 18 months. Excellent deal would highly recommend.

FLO-RITE saved the day… was quoted almost 4k for a repair to be done by a competitor. They showed up same day and went above and beyond to fix our issue for less than half the original quote with original manufacture parts. They are honest. Hard working and will go the distance for their customers. NO QUESTION I will be calling them again. Eugene you’re the man!

We would recommend this company to anyone who asks! Amazing service! Our AC quit pumping out air on a Friday evening and the business owner didnt hesitate to head straight out here to check it out. We had made four previous calls with no luck.

If I could rate Flo-rite Ten stars I would.... I’m deployed in Afghanistan and found Flo-rite online like most would. So like anyone else I went straight to there reviews.. I was dumbfounded, I couldn’t find one negative review about Flo-rite.. (go ahead and check I’ll wait!!) Seriously, I had my parents call because they normally handle my affairs while I’m away.. Not only was Flo-rite super responsive but the owner himself came out to check my system since his team was already occupied..Speechless I know!! Mr. Cordero was a super professional... and his team that came the following morning to install a complete unit was just as professional... They communicated every step of the process an allowed us to make the best financial options to meet our needs! TJ and his staff are absolutely AMAZING!!! We purchased our home in June 2019 and 2 days after moving in, the AC went out. Being new to the area at that time, I researched local companies and decided to employ Flo-Rite for their services. TJ immediately responded to my request for information and a price quote. His prices are extremely reasonable for the equipment installed and the quality of work and professionalism received by he and his staff.

Fast forward, after completing their annual maintenance check on our new system, they found all kinds of “funky stuff” in our duct system, which required replacement. They completely removed the old system and installed newer and more efficient ducts and filters with an allergen filtration system. I suffer from allergies and am prone to sinus infections, so this is a HUGE plus for me. I would HIGHLY recommend TJ and Flo-Rite to anyone in need of AC maintenance and/or a new system. I am a Marine veteran and TJ provided a very economical package. Thank you TJ and the Flo-Rite staff.
