We had our AC installed by another provider (Mike Morello) and paid for regular maintenance. We had several issues with problems and were getting the runaround. Very poor customer service would never use them again.Contacted Shawn and he was amazing. Got exactly what we needed (and a day earlier than expected). He was meticulous and even addressed some issues that were not installed correctly by Morello.Extremely satisfied with Shawn’s service and will continue to use him for any future needs. Highly recommended

For at least two years, Shawn /Complete AC solutions has been working on my very nice properties. He shows up promptly when there are any AC issues. I've had him install at least one new system. It's very hard to find excellent trades people. Don't hesitate to call him to work on your AC system.

... the hardest part with being in a desperate situation is finding someone you can trust to not take advantage of it. My friend recommended Shawn and he responded within minutes on a Saturday night. Was at my house very next morning. Gave us options to fit our budget, both temporary at that moment and than permanently. I could not find anyone that could even come close to the price he charged. He is honest, quick and efficient. He has a customer for life and I will 110% recommend him!

Shawn fixed my AC in hours from calling and it works great now. He had the lowest fee for visiting the house on emergency. Also, he had all of the equipment that competitors claimed they wouldn't guarantee that they could have on hand during the weekend (I called many of them that day). I wish I would have contacted Shawn from Advance Air first. That would have saved me plenty of time and headache in the first place.

We are new to the area and had an emergency but had no idea who to call. We went by reviews we saw online. This company is on the up and up! They came out that very day, on a Sunday, and didn't take advantage of us by charging more than the regular service call. Shawn was super nice, very helpful, great communication. Very affordable but not shoddy work, and thorough. Plan to use them again and again. Can't thank you enough for helping so quickly!!

When my AC decided to stop working on a Saturday afternoon, I panicked thinking I wasn’t going to find anyone reasonable to come out. Shawn showed up within the hour, fixed my problem at a reasonable price and was very courteous, helpful. So appreciative!

Hands down the best A/C service ever. He’s done work for me before and I had humidity issues within my new home causing other major issues. He came out the very next day and not only did he resolve it- he upgraded us to the nest system which has saved us money on our monthly bill. He is reliable, honest and hard working. Highly recommended!

Trust worthy company that will not take advantage of you or your parents. My parents a/c stopped working and they had a guy come out and quote them over $2k. Seemed excessive. Referred them to Shaun and he came out same day, temporarily fixed it so my parents weren’t w/o an AC at a 80+ degree weather. His theory was the same as the other guy but over 50% less. Yes!!! Over 50% difference for the same job. Actually, he temporarily fixed it while we waited for the part AND in addition to that he noticed the electrical box was not responding like it should. Which helped us tackle another potential future problem. All of that - within 4 days - fixed for over 50% less than the other guy. Words cannot express how grateful we are for his Outstanding customer service, amazing quality of work, and integrity.
