ICE COLD AIR

We had an exceptional experience with Ice Cold Air. It's the end of June, late in the afternoon, and it's hot outside. Our AC unit is making weird sounds, and the temperature in the house is dropping. We called Ice Cold Air and were told he could fit us in in the morning! The technician/owner showed up on time. I was very impressed with how he was professional, efficient, and polite and how fast he completed the job. He was very patient, explaining to me the problem. I can't say enough how thankful we are for Ice Cold Air getting us up and running quickly. We are delighted with the excellent customer service, great price, and talent for fixing our AC unit. We highly recommend Ice Cold Air!!

Our air conditioner finally went out after 19 years , we called the guys at Ice cold Air and they came out and ordered a new air conditioner and within a few days they installed it . They did a great job , we highly recommend them .

We were in need of a new AC unit and called a few companies and received a few quotes we were not too happy with. A friend referred us to Ice Cold Air and that was all we needed to know. They came out, gave us a great quote and did a fantastic job in replacing one of our units. What we loved most was their honesty. Other companies tried to sell us bigger units and told us we needed to replace both units. Ice Cold Air told us the one unit needed replacing and they would come back when the other unit (which they said looked to be able to get another year out of) was ready. Well, over a year later we still have the old unit, but plan on calling Ice Cold Air and having them replace that one as well. Would not use nor trust any other company. Great family business that is honest, on time, reliable and reasonable.

We had a competitor attempt to fix our AC/Heat system twice. Paid twice and the problem was never solved.
Ice Cold Air was referred to us by a friend, so we called them for an appointment. They arrived on time (rare isn't it).
We told them what the problem was as they were already taking off the panels. Very quick workers I must say. Less than an hour later, and $200 later, our perennial problem was truly solved.
So, they came on time, worked fast, fixed the problem the other company tried to fix twice, and we had AC again.
Would highly recommend these guys, a family business, as they are VERY good at what they do.
Unfortunately, we blew about $275 on the other Big name company that actually never properly diagnosed or fixed the problem.
Ice Cold Air are now our lifelong AC and Heating company.

Bill Sink and his crew did a spectacular job installing a new air conditioning unit at my home amongst other various related issues to the AC. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. We have had them come and maintain our home since we moved in almost 4 years ago awesome guys super efficient. They are friendly and double check everything. It was going to be an all day job to pull out and replace air conditioning but they stay focused and were done in 4 hours. Very impressed I was very busy with my son and you wouldn’t even know they were here very professional. In 4 years they have never been late or rescheduled. They worked as such a great team. Best AC company around! After using several of the bigger companies being overcharged and still not having a working AC a friend referred Ice Cold Air. They arrived on time ,were friendly and professional, done within an hour, and didn't overcharge me. This is the business to call for all your AC needs!

Woke up the other morning with my thermostat at 80 degrees when it should have been at 77 degrees. I called Ice Cold Air and the owner Bill was at my place within three hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem in the compressor, replaced a failed relay/switch and had my AC running in no time. I'm thank ful for his super fast response, professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend his company!

The air cooling unit had to be replaced. Corey & Jessie came in and did a professional quality job. All the details were done to make sure everything would work the first time. They both were professional, respectful and just great guys. Extremely happy with with cool air on the hot Florida days. Highly recommend ICA to anyone needing repairs or replacement with of their heating/air units.

Great Service! Really nice to have a company that has integrity! Did a great job cleaning my system this morning. Were knowledgeable and taught me about my system and how to make it last longer. Charged less that the others that don't stay as long and put much effort into it. These guys have my business long term!
