Ron came out, explained what our problem with our air conditioning was, and was able to fix it. I really appreciate him being quick to come out, and explaining everything to me. I will definitely use Eco Air Systems again in the future.

Perfect experience. We arrived home after being away for a month to 90 degree weather and no AC. Found Eco Air in a Google search and left an online message requesting help. Within 30 minutes we were called and a service rep was on site within 30 another minutes.
Although our AC unit is 12 years old, the recommendation was to keep it as it was in good working condition and only needed some minor parts which failed due to age and corrosion from our proximity to the ocean and salty air.
A small bill and 30 minutes more, our AC was back up and running perfectly.
Ricky the service manager was great and also recommended where to get air filters which were of a rare size and not available easily.
We know exactly where to turn when we need help again.

Ricky was the technician who serviced our HVAC system in our Ormond Beach condo. He was extremely helpful, went up on the roof to check on the equipment there as well. He provided us with a detailed explanation, and had a moment for some chit chat as well. Highly recommended!

I needed a compleat HVAC system renew and interviewed 5 companies. ECO was so far above in HVAC system knowledge it was a no brainer. The sales rep (Ricky) used to install the units so he had unlimited knowledge on the process and products. I got a Mimi course in HVAC. He explained the systems and how they worked, went through a step by step explanation of what they would do and why.
Explained my options and then explained why I should get the unit he recommended. He walked the roof of my condo building pointing out the pros and cons of different units and the differences in how they worked. He went over my current unit and explained the current problems and admitted they could be fixed. Bottom line wasI wanted a new unit and di not want a 14 year old problem plagued old model that might fail on a visiting tenant. Ricky spent over two hours explaining HVAC units and answered every question I had to complete satisfaction. He came back for a second interview and stayed approximately the same amount of time and left me with complete confidence in his product and company. He also showed up on the morning of insulation and then again in the evening to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. He set up my Bluetooth thermostat and stayed until in was completely competent in its operation. His company offered a warranty that far exceeded any other company as well.
I would highly recommend this person and his company to anyone needing service or replacement.

I have found the only AC company I'll use from now on. Their pricing is fair, no inflated costs. Ron, my technician, arrived on time after a courtesy call while on his way. I'm so impressed with Eco Air, and so glad we hired them to replace our residential heat pump/AC! Ricky was very helpful in discussing options for this major purchase, and I felt that the Eco Air team truly did everything they possibly could to get it installed as quickly as possible. They did some creative scheduling to arrange an earlier replacement date, and then a rainstorm hit during installation - they still got the job done well, and quickly. We absolutely could not be more appreciative of their dedication and service. The team was so professional and personable - informative and friendly, and respectful of our time with calls letting us know exactly when to expect them for each of their three visits. They did an awesome job with installation, paying attention to details like extra protection for wires and pipes and thoughtful drainage. We are so pleased with our new system, and we are confident that we were able to find the best heat pump + filtering system for our needs. We have many great HVAC companies in our area, but Eco Air will be our first call in the future, and I recommend them highly. William, Ricky, Brenda, Chris, and the rest of the team - you are our heroes! Thank you!

Brenda and Jake came out and did an AMAZING job installing my new HVAC system! They were very professional and cleaned up the space better than it was provided to them. They managed to complete the service promptly and if I could give a 10 star review I would! Keep up the good work!

My HVAC system was smelling like something was burning and I couldn't for the life of me figure it out. Ron came out and solved the problem in just a few minutes. I guess I had wired my thermostat incorrectly.. Oops. Once he made the change I was back in business and now it works so much better! Thank you Eco Air System and Ron for your help!

Eco Air installed our new AC system and were wonderful to work with. At the time, I remember hoping that their continued service would be as excellent as their installation. After our first AC issue - which occurred in the hottest days of summer, of course - I can confirm that Eco Air is an outstanding company to work with for AC installation AND service. Eco Air had an AC professional, Kris, at my home within hours. As was the case during my AC installation service, everyone at this company seems to do an amazing job of keeping appointment times and also giving a courtesy call in advance of arrival. Kris figured out the issue and repaired it immediately, then came back a second day for preventative work and to make sure the unit was operating properly. First, I was thrilled to have my AC fixed so fast in Florida in early August! And second, I was so grateful for the careful work. Kris set a new standard for communicating in a clear, friendly, and professional way. In fact, Eco Air has set a new bar for me in terms of the companies we work with at our home - they are so courteous, reliable, and all-around great to work with that this is my new standard for hiring contractors. Eco Air, I hope my AC keeps working and I don't see you for awhile, lol! But if we have *any* problems in the future, Eco Air will be my first and only call. Highly recommended!
