Joel and Andrew came to cleaning my air ducts and service my a/c unit in the house I just purchased. They came in and evaluated the job informing me that the vents that were replaced were the wrong ones. Joel and Andrew were courteous and professional workers who did the work in a timely manner and cleaned up themselves! Bravo, Joel and Andrew!

Very please with the service. Ron and Jake were very informative and explained the installation of the I-Wave purification system. We will recommend EcoAir systems !👍

I can't say enough good things about Eco Air. Their customer service is the best around, bar none. We recently had an exhaust vent installed in our master bathroom shower area by two of their very competent and professional young men, Jake and Sheileek. Both did an excellent job in a professional and timely manner. The bathroom floor was actually cleaner when they finished than when they had begun.

We also had our AC ducts cleaned last year by Brenda, another one of the service techs that EcoAir employs. Brenda did a fantastic job, was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. We will not hesitate to use EcoAir services in the future and will request Brenda at every opportunity, as well as Sheileek and Jake.

Ron came on time, was kind and professional and knew his stuff!!! We would highly recommend this company

Beware!!Do not be fooled by reviews! They do not care about you. I got new AC installed
!I called within 72 h of install with a minor issue. They responded quickly but told me a blown up story of something that would cost me. RON said about 8 to 9 k yes 8 to 9 THOusand to repair ducts!! I nearly fainted! They were never checked on stall. He said since it's not anything wrg with our mechanics I won't charge you for this call??!! WHAT would you have
charged me for to check on new ac install under warranty for a yr?? He said I should have charged you 95$ but since it is so new I will let it go..oh and BTW the 8 to 9 K repairs Ron told me was needed .only cost 250 $ to repair by A VERY honest company! Stay away!!. Ron on the follow up was mean and very dishonest!

Ron promptly came the day after I called. He was determined to help me replace the system that was destroyed in a hurricane. In these times of supply shortages, he sat at my kitchen table and called several suppliers until he found one. Ron had been proactive in acquiring the ductwork needed for such a job and had some in his warehouse so he was able to complete the job one week later, even with Thanksgiving in the middle. Thanks Ron.

Ron was our technician today and being that we are living on borrowed time with our HVAC system, he patiently went over all our options explaining costs, possible financing and what would fit best for our way of living. Highly recommend! We will not only be requesting Ron as our serviceman but will stay with Eco Air as this company stands behind its customers and products. Keep up the good work!
