they showed up on time and were extemely proficient in what they do. i would not hesitate to use them again. they cleaned up after themselves and made us feel like we werewell taken care of and had wonderful personalities to match

I highly recommend Eco Air. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Ron came out one day after Hurricane Ian and diagnosed the problem with my Lennox system. Ron was polite, professional, a great communicator, and he explained everything perfectly. He knows his trade! The main board was bad as well as the blower motor. Parts were ordered in a timely manner, and I was informed each step of the way on what the process would be to get the unit up and running again. I could not be happier with the service I received. I am so glad that I contacted Eco Air! Thank you Ron for the excellent service that you provided to me. Such a nice guy too! What a great company!

I looked around quite a bit, and I'm glad I went with Eco air. Great from start to finish. Ricky when he came out was really flexible with his schedule to come out and give me my quote, really took the time to make sure I understood 100% of what was going on, and I really appreciate working with me to make sure I got the most out of my money, and customized everything to fit my needs perfectly. He makes sure you know exactly the pros and cons to everything, and was really easy to work with.

The techs were great as well, I believe their names were Brenda and Andrew. They were pleasant to be around, took a lot of care to not harm anything in the house, and even went out of their way with certain things to try and avoid scaring my dogs.

I even met the owner who came out to help with the job as well, he was really friendly and easygoing.

All in all great experience, definitely would recommend to anyone in the area, and Ricky will definitely be my first call in the future if I need anything!

Ron was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to sell me something I did not need and thoroughly explained all options of repair vs purchasing new unit. Was able to obtain the correct unit for my condo and set a date for install within a few days👏excellent service!

Ron Mustard came at the appointed time and quickly found the issue with my 4-ton Lennox heat pump, a couple of capacitors in the outside unit. He fixed them within 10 minutes and was fine with me watching the process. Price was reasonable for parts and labor. Ron obviously knew what he was doing, unlike techs from some other companies I have hired. I will certainly use Eco Air Systems from now on.

First this company came highly recommended by my daughter. From the moment Ron came out I was impressed with the options he gave me. He went from the most expensive to the lowest he had to offer. I had several questions on the differences and his patience was amazing. I also got other estimates from other companies that had nothing to offer other than the one unit they had available. Once the decision was made it was a couple of weeks to wait for the install, which was no problem since my current unit was still working but not very well. Ron did say that if my unit stopped working while waiting to just give them a call and they would provide window units for me to use in the interim. Brenda and Jake, the installation team, arrived at my house right on time and went to work right away. They were amazing!! Friendly and professional. I live in an older beachside home and a few problems came up during the install, they took it all in stride and completed the job in good time. Also, the thermostat that came with the unit was basic and I asked about an upgrade, Brenda made a call for me and for a small additional cost one was brought out to the house. NO waiting for another day to come out and switch out one for the other. This is an excellent company with personable staff. I highly recommend them!!

We had them install a new A/C unit in our home. They were always on time, very polite, and very professional. The entire process was Quick & easy & painless. Ron is the BEST !! I would definitely call Ron again and will recommend him to all of my friends and Neighbors.

Joel explained the yearly maintenance program which I will be looking into once things get settled in my new home.
