I cannot recommend Eco Air enough, they are top notch! We recently lost cooling over the weekend, and called Eco Air for help. They were quick to respond and diagnose the problem and help me determine whether a warranty repair or unit replacement was the right choice. They found us a replacement Air Handling Unit and Condensing Unit and installed it within a week and it runs SO much better AND Quieter!
What truly sets Eco Air apart however is their staff. I got bids from several other companies. NONE of them took the time to look at the whole system holistically like Ricky did. Ricky asked questions and was able to pin point issues that contributed to our old system's poor performance (missing return air ducts). The other local shop "comfort specialists" spent maybe 5 minutes looking at the HVAC & never caught this.
The install went great & my new Lennox purrs along quietly now with better comfort and my electricity bills actually went down!

We had an emergency; our unit was leaking. The company responded promptly. Ron came out and diagnosed the problem. Fixed it in short order. Put our minds at ease. He is knowledgable, experienced and efficient, did a great job.

Our technician, Ron, was communicative about arrival, inspected the system thoroughly, and fixed our issue right away. He also educated us on maintaining our system. Friendly service on top of incredibly skilled work! Same day service nonetheless. I’ll refer everyone here.

Our York heat pump/AC system had trouble keeping up with the cold weather over this weekend. We called Eco Air System at 8:15 AM, Ricky returned our call by 8:30. We explained our issue and he put us on the schedule for later that morning,, between 10:00 and 12:00.. Ricky called us at 10:00 when he was 25 minutes out. They went right to work and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. They were able to get the unit working while they order the part we need. We are very impressed with Ricky and Mike's knowledge and tips to keep the unit in top condition. Ricky used our issues as “learning moments for his assistant, Mike. We have used other AC companies and we less than satisfied, while spending much more for their services. We HIGHLY recommend using Eco Air Systems

10/10, would recommend to anyone. Our ducts, exchange, and air handler desperately needed to be cleaned. I called multiple companies. Eco Air came to the rescue. The employees were professional and they did a fabulous job. Big shoutout to Joel! Next time we call, we will ask for him by name.

Ron was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew all about our "ECO-Net" digitally managed system and he did not try to sell us something that we did not need. Very customer service oriented. This is a trustworthy business that will be our only source for our HVAC needs in the future.

I cringed when having to call an HVAC business especially during the evening hours. Ron was fabulous in responding and getting me on the schedule for the next day. He was also patient and considerate when dealing with English as a second language by using Google Translator to explain the details on what was needed. A technician like Ron restored my faith in that there are businesses that still exist which support their customers. He even offered to come back when I was in town to help set up my thermostat with the cell phone. He is definitely invaluable to Eco Air Systems. The price that was also charged was fair. Joel, Andrew, and Jake were fantastic! Did a great job installing new AC and cleaning the air ducts. They were all professional, worked above and beyond, were very knowledgeable, kept everything neat and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

Ron and Sieleek came out bright and early cleans my HVAC and vents. Cleaned up all the mess on the floor. Even turned off the lights as they left each room. My kid doesn’t even do that! Guys were amazing! Thanks
