Matt was efficient and clean. He made sure everything was done in a timely manner, and had what was needed for the job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ferran did my yearly HVAC maintenance. They changed my capacitors.

My recent call was due to my blower module went bad and my air handler ran all day even when the temperature had reached the set goal. The technician Jonathan came out on the same day as my call to request service. He confirmed the blower module needed to be replaced. He called in a warranty replacement. Quoted me the price for labor which I felt was reasonable due to the discount I have with the maintenance plan. Advised the unit needed to be ordered and will arrive in one week. Exactly one week later Jonathan returned to do the repair. I will definitely recommend Ferran services due to their quick response and I felt they valued me as a customer.

Super professional. Explained everything step by step throughout the process. Clean and respectful. Salesman Nick was informative with excellent follow up with my new AC instal. Tech, Adam was super helpful in a stressful drainage situation. Worth their weight in gold!! HIGHLY recommend.i will use them for all of my household needs. Very satisfied!

Update (10/28/21): Same great service. I have been using Ferran for several years now and they are outstanding. Gabriel came out to service our unit today. He was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Can't say enough about Gabriel and this company. Thank you Ferran!!

Great customer service! Had an electrical issue that needed to be resolved. Ferran (Alfred A.) was honest and straightforward. They were upfront with costs and didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need.

I need a whole new Circuit Breaker Box b/c it was little over 30 years old, kept getting hot & kept shutting down the washer/dryer. Tech Kevin came & install the new circuit breaker box. He did an excellent job installing it. After Kevin was done. He didn't leave until everything works perfectly. He went above & beyond to make sure every was running fine & the box didn't get very hot. Kevin was a very nice guy, friendly & down to earth. I high recommend Ferran Service for their hard work

Joel and John came to fix our electric outlets. We are pleased with their service. They even answer our questions patiently.

We chose Ferran for electrical repair because they are also approved Carrier reps. Their timing for response was similar to other companies (about a week for non emergency). The after hours phone operators were a little painful to work with. However, the full time staff was great. The technicians were very polite, professional, and efficient. The price was reasonable and we were happy with the work. I would use them again.

Had Ferran out this morning for a service call on the water heater. Let me just tell you that Ferran will be my go to company from now on. I have the warranty through Duke & that makes things a lot easier for sure!

Nicolas Godwin was our salesperson and he was wonderful - knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous; he was quick in answering questions regardless of the day and time. The installation crew did an excellent job. They were clean, organized, and professional. The follow up technician who made temperature adjustments was very professional also.
