Ferran came out to my house when my AC stopped working and they fixed it quick! They were so professional and courteous! They also have come to my house to do my maintenance since I opted for the program and they have very decent, respectful and knowledgeable employees. I feel safe having them in my house and they also put booties on before entering which I appreciate. I also love that they show up on time when they say they do and give text reminders. Definitely recommend.

The services is always excellent, the team have realistic expectations in terms of time and they talk clearly. They always redirect my calls to the appropriate department and identify if it is a real emergency or if they just need to give me recommendations until a technician is in the property to fix the issue. Ramsey and Don of Ferran Engineering took on the challenge of repairing my 1996 Lennox HVAC system and succeeded, much to my relief. Recently signed up for AC maintenance plan due to buying a new home and having no idea how the current, original 2007 system had been kept up. Wasn't having any issues, but wanted to do what I could to keep it that way. The initial call took care of explaining the service, getting all of my information, scheduling a couple weeks out and payment. Signed the agreement by email and all set. Gabriel showed up precisely at the start of my window and I let him get to work after we talked about the system a bit. I didn't hover, but I'd say he did a thorough check and clean of the system and sealed up any air gaps afterward. He was friendly and professional. Luckily, nothing additional needed this time, but I'll be calling Ferran for anything that comes up in the future.
