Ferran is an awesome company. They make sure everyone who works for them does quality work. I needed some plumbing done on my house and they sent Rick, who is an awesome plumber. He always answers his phone and emails when he can and he takes care to explain everything during his service.

What a great experience!! My husband and I wanted mini splits for a couple of rooms in our house. Ferran gave us a quote and they beat the quotes from One Stop and Home Depot (Home Depot sent out a local AC place that was very unknowledgeable about how to do this project and extremely over priced). The Ferran AC techs and electrician did an amazing job for us! I'm so happy and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

This is the second job I have used Ferran for. I needed some fans, lights and outlets added to the home. Jose and Charles did a great job to add the needed electrical. They listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was exact. Great job!

I had the most horrible experience with a company called AAA Albrand who was recommended through Choice Home Warranty - this repairman came - I paid him my $75 service fee and he then misdiagnosed the problem so Choice Home Warranty denied my claim after being with them for over 6 years. So much for that! Called Ferran -who was recommended by another company. Meeting Mr. Shehane and Jason Leach from Ferran demonstrated the most professionalism I ever experienced from any company since moving to Fl 14 years ago. Beware, there are lots of scam artists in this sunshine state in every field- Sigh! Kudos to the management for hiring people who know how to analyze and fix a problem. Highly recommended!

The AC in our recently purchased condo was old and needed to be replaced. The technician provided an honest assessment of the unit and connected me immediately with a salesperson (James) to assist and provide us with replacement options. I appreciated having a variety of options related to cost/need -- as well as the timely, professional, and pleasant response of the entire team. James was amazing and helpful -- and I have complete confidence in their service! Thank you!

Ferran costumer service was amazing , also the quick arrival of the pluming technician was wonderful prevent damage in the house , Eddie was very knowledgeable of his job and fix our problem , great team work !

Twelve hours ago I called this business about a leak that required emergency service. I left all of my information and was advised someone would be back in touch with me shortly. No one has called. They left me hanging thinking someone would be calling. I could have called another company and they'd have already been here.

We just had our whole Air Conditioning system replaced. We were very very satisfied from start to finish. Sam took great care of us from answering all of our questions and working with us to get the AC installed as fast as possible. He really worked to make sure we had a quality system at an affordable price! The AC guys worked really hard to get the system installed the right way! Very prompt response. They replaced my hot water heater through Duke Energy & I was so impressed that I used them to replace my AC & ducts, & then again to replace my fuse box. I got a quick response to every question that I asked.

Great experience with Ferran fixing a leaking pipe. They were able to get me a technician fast. Lorenzo was on time and very professional, he got the job done quickly and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The price was good as well.
