Called and scheduled appt to have Kohler generator looked at for bouncing RPMs on engine control while running. Tech noticed carb throttle plate loose and could be causing issue. They swapped with known good part and it fixed the issue first time. I would highly recommend them!

We called Ferran today for a plumbing repair today. The technician, Lou, from the Port Orange office did an impressive job. He had advanced technical skills to locate, identify and then fix the underlying issue. He carefully explained to us what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. We are very happy with our Ferran experience. Nick was our first and main point of contact. He was very pleasant to talk with, thorough and knowledgeable in explaining all the details about a new system. It included a load calculation, duct testing/cleaning and install process and the after support and maintenance that is available to us. Nick was quick to return our calls and followed up with us after the install was complete to make sure we were happy. Each team that came in to do work was equally as pleasant to deal with. I had an issue with maintenance scheduling after hours, but I will say that Ferran management was quick to respond and correct the issue. As far as quality ac repair and maintenance, I have been on their bi-annual preventive maintenance plan for 5 years. I have always been satisfied with the work they have completed. I found the techs to always be professional and polite. Today's tech, Jonathan P., was quick to determine the issue and replaced the part in 15 minutes.

Amazing service, the staff at the office set me up with an appointment the next day, when their competitor said the earliest appointment was in 4 months. The technician, Jose Rodriguez, was professional, and gave me the info I needed on my ac unit, went above and beyond giving me some advice on other items related to ac and duct work. 5 star!
