Comfort Pros took care of my family’s needs when our AC unit broke down, during this pandemic, and after we were left hanging by our previous contractor. I was actually referred to them by my AC unit manufacturer’s local distributor. The treatment we received was top notch, professional, and compassionate. The price was extremely fair. I signed up for their yearly service plan, not because it was pushed on me, but because I asked if one was available. I’ll recommend Billy to anyone who needs an honest and very qualified HVAC pro.

I have used them at my old and new House. I had 4 companies come out to give me estimates on replacing my florida heat pump with a standard split system. Obviously this required them to actually run a new copper line outside and actually do some work instead of just soldering on a new system in the garage. All my quotes were extremely high but couldn’t even get quotes back in some cases. Comfort Pros knew what was needed and completed all work in a day. The install required a new door to be framed and they did a great job matching and it not looking out of place. That system ran like a champ and I had zero issues with it until I sold the house. My new House has two ac units and have had them come out same day to replace a cap to get me back up and running. Only took them 30 mins and I was back in business! Also have had them do several maintenance checks. The one thing I like is you know your getting a quality install without any cutting corners even if it requires them to sweat and have to do work others would walk away from. Recommend to anyone that is needing Service or Install!

Billy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, we had to have Billy fix a poorly done job and he tackled it with no problem. Billy is we able to work with GOODMAN to confirm our warranty and have the part (compressor) covered. Billy was early for the appointment and worked quickly.

Billy also told us when we went to change our thermostat/filter, we could feel free to FaceTime him for him to walk use through the process.

Comfort Pros has come to my rescue on more than one occasion. They have helped me out on a Sunday afternoon when my capacitor went out. They have come over at 8:00pm (and back first thing in the morning) to fix my condenser fan motor. They have also helped over the phone on a couple occasions when I just needed an easy, quick fix. Any day, any time...they have been there! Billy, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and explains things so they are easy to understand. He also offers tips on how to keep your AC running as effectively as possible. Comfort Pros is a fair, honest company with reasonable prices. 10/10 recommend!
