Called Billy on a Saturday, came out the same day to provide an estimate for installing a new AC unit. Very professional and responsive. Provided an ETA and arrived on time. Took the time to go over everything and answer any questions. He answered additional questions on Sunday prior to deciding which unit to proceed with (varies quotes provided depending on type of unit which I liked most places gave me one option). Came out Wednesday to install the unit. Even though I had a minor issue with the unit that night he answered me immediately and came out early the next day to take a look. Now working great. Competitive pricing.

Comfort Pros was professional and gave me a very fair price for AC repair. They were honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They'll definitely get my business the next time I need help.

Billy was there when we needed him and my wife was relieved to have the AC back on. Like all AC people at this time of the year they were busy but they found a way to get us into the work day. Did an analysis, had the needed parts and has cool air for us. Service call, repair, parts replacement and parts all for under others estimates just for service call. These folks now have our A C business.

I highly recommend Comfort Pros hands down. Billy was so knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I compared different hvac companies, and he was by far the best one. He explained the issues so well and his quote was in the budget. They replaced my entire unit with new pipes, new platform and all new air ducts, plus adding 1 more per our request. After so many years of having a couple of rooms not cooling, it's amazing to be able to feel the difference in the entire house overall. I've already recommended Comfort Pros to friends.
