I've used Belle Air for probably 15 years and they are always professional and kind...Luis is awesome! This time I needed AC help and *of course* the prob happened on a weekend! Argh. Anyway they came first thing Mon morning just when they said they would. I received a call letting me know they were on their way. My problem was complicated but he spoke to his supervisor on the phone for guidance. Finally figured it out and fixed it. I signed up for the yearly maintenance contract bc I trust Luis and Belle Air. Good people with a solid business, highly respected esp on the East Side of Orlando.
What a wonderful time it was to have Belle Air's technicians by our small gym in Waterford Lakes. Its a commercial unit but with the A/C on the bottom and I am no expert either. They took the time to explain to me in detail the problem and were clear and transparent with pricing. To my surprise, they made recommendations that were fitting of our budget on this problem, recognizing what we were comfortable with. They still are figuring out how to resolve the leak but explained in detail the pros and cons so that we could make a decision based on our finances as a small business. Hopefully this leak isnt as bad as we think but even if it is, we were able to calculate our risk.
I can assure you once we are ready we will be buying a new unit from Belle Air. Honestly I only feel comfortable having them come by our business because they were a complete 180° from the previous A/C company. You made a loyal Belle Air customer today. Thank you
I called them just this morning and they already did the installation.
After the installation, the technician inspected everything on the AC and recommended a filter replacement.

I changed my review from 5 start to 1 star before I file a complain on BBB.
The AC was leaking, so I called that company again to get the problem resolved. Right before I called them, a maintenance technician friend told me that the AC may need some cleaning. When the technician came, there was a bunch of ice on the AC so he did do great job cleaning it and the supervisor Louis told me that I would need to replace the system that would cost $18,000 and they would do it for $8,500 with their finance .
Me an my wife decided not to do it now so we pay the guy for the cleaning and the diagnostic, and told them we will do in the future. After they tech left, the thermostat stopped working, so this morning I called so they scheduled someone to come to resolve the problem. A few minutes ago, I received a phone call from the supervisor Louis telling me that he's not going to send someone to fix the issue but keep asking me to go to the box to fix it. I told him that the schedule is to send someone to fix the issue, but he was aggressive and told me "No we're not going to send someone to fix it, we want you to fix it." My next step is to file a BBB complain, and I'll never hire that company again as long as that guy is still in charge.
UPDATE 3 HOURS LATER
About 30 minutes later after I updated my reviews above, another rep called me to confirm that I'll be available and sent a technician to resolved the problem with the thermostat. In addition to resolving the thermostat issue, the guy checked some of the problem with the AC and give me some information about the cause of the problem and the process to resolve the problem. It doesn't sound like a sales pitch to me. I changed my rating to 4 stars.
To start, my comfort specialist (Leonard J) thoroughly educated me on the different products available. It took me some time to make a final decision but after doing a ton of internet research, soliciting several quotes, and enduring several hot days without A/C. Leonard's patience, knowledge of the industry, and follow up far outweighed the competition.
Honestly, my decision to proceed was made hesitantly and after normal business hours because, let’s face it replacing an entire HVAC unit is an investment. But, believe it or not, the very next day my dynamic duo of an installation team (shout out to Danny G and Yuliet P) showed up on time and provided an installation that truly blew me away. Their professionalism and attention to detail further assured me that I had made the right decision. I am very impressed with the product that they turned over.
Lastly, kudos to Lewis, for bringing together and harboring such great talent. This group, including Seidy in financing, went above and beyond to earn my business.
I highly recommend Belle Air and specifically this group of individuals, for all your HVAC needs.
We have used Belle Air for years. They never disappoint. The staff and technicians are top notch. Always professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn't use any other company. We have recommended them many times and will continue to do so.
Great job by Daniel. A similar work was done on my ac unit six months ago - Daniel communicated this with his boss and the boss decided not to charge us for the work. Great customer service! Called in the morning and the technician was here right after lunch. Belle Aire will definitely remain my go to a/c service provider!
I can't say enough about them! I called the office at 115pm We got an appointment time same day between 200-600pm, but they called at 145pm and had someone in the area and avail and on thier way. I have trusted thier service previously, and continue to do so. They are fair, honest and not out to just sell you a new unit when not necessary. Highly recommend
I was scheduled for my routine maintenance appointment today. The technician Roberto was here on time, performed maintenance. Advised me all is working as it should. Was very professional. Thank you again
