Finally got my 18 year old system replaced. A 4 ton and a 3 ton. The price was reasonable, the maintenance plan is good and the install and workers were great! 5 Stars to Jamie for the hard work and explanation! He even let me video his instructions so I wouldn’t forget :) Before pictures on the left.
I called Belle Air for a failed Carrier system, I was surprised when they offered me an appointment within a few hours, and for a very low service call price, the young lady called me back within 10 minutes and asked if it would be fine for the service tech to be there within an hour. I agreed to it, 45 minuted later the tech was at my house. He inspected the system and advised that it was just the fan motor that failed, he then gave me options, from the cheapest fan to the too quality Carrier fan. I found the service to be honest and quick, the fact that he did not try to lie to me , and gave me options to fit my budget was great, Belle Air has now made a life ling costumer for our home as well as our business.
Jamie, where’s my tech from Belle Aire, he walked me through each step of what he was doing, as I watched and explained very carefully what he was talking about so that I could understand, was very courteous and mannerly. I will give him a five star review. He was so worth it. And I will use belle air anytime I highly recommend them thank you guys for all your help👍❤️❤️
By far the Best Customer service we have received from any company in the last few years. Our AC broke on Fathers day, and we had someone at our house the next day to access, price and replace both indoor and outdoor units within 24 hours. The AC installers were amazing, and their work was top notch. I highly recommend if you need an new AC install to call Belle Air.
Belle Air customer service is great!! Texted Louis late on a Saturday with an issue and he immediately responded and pointed me in the right direction. Daniel got to our house around 5 and wow what an experience. Not only did he fix the problem, he was super friendly/ professional and thorough. He went above and beyond checking things out and making sure everything was working properly. So glad I went with this company a few years ago with my AC needs!!!
From diagnoses to installing a new unit, everyone was friendly and professional. Sales rep was extremely thorough and genuinely wanted to make sure we had all the info required to make a smart purchasing decision. Installers were on time, very friendly, and obviously had lots of experience. We were up and running within 6-7 hours (inside and outside unit replaced) and they cleaned up so well you'd never know they were here!
Save yourself some time and trouble and just hire this company. My wife and I did the work for you. These guys know what they are doing and are very professional. We had a 2.5 ton unit installed and the where the old unit was removed from the wall the guys even made that part look brand new. The attention to detail was fantastic. As an electrical PM I wish I had guys on my crew. It’s very hard to find good workers that take pride in what they do . Can’t say enough good things.
We had an AC emergency in July and Seidy was able to accommodate us right after a big holiday weekend. The tech was actually available sooner than expected and was able to find a solution to the problem quickly. He was thorough. Thank you for being so responsive and professional as always.

I had the condensation system plugged. Excellent service. Great advice. The tech explained the service contract and that this would be considered as the first visit, so no additional charges and I have a second maintenance visit later this year.
