I have been using Belle Air for over 5 years & for sure, recommend the company. Love their responsiveness & professionalism & overall quality of service from both the techs as well as the CSRs👍

This is the second time within the past 8 months my air conditioner was not functioning properly. Lester is the service technician that helped us both times and is FANTASTIC! He takes the time to make sure it is running great and explains how the system works. He is my go to technician for sure. Belle Air is THE BEST air conditioning company in Orlando!

I signed up for the- excellent value- Maintenance Service Plan today with Sadie who is friendly and very helpful. First of two yearly visits was today. The technician, Abel was prompt. He is friendly, professional, meticulous, and exemplary for his profession. He and Sadie are certainly an excellent asset to your fine company! Thanks again.

I always receive excellent service from Belle Air. My service tech, Andrew, was very personable. He arrived on time and did his job professionally. I have no complaints.

Abel - Was simply outstanding. Not too "user friendly" but totally professional and efficient. This guy is truly a dedicated and applied individual. He's a keeper.

Marianne - Was outstanding as well. Accommodating and professional. I was scheduled for 1pm and she was able to move me up to 11am. She's also a keeper.

The gentleman that came out was very professional, polite, and thorough. He was also on time.
When I called the company at 530 on a Friday and left a message they called back immediately and were able to get a service the next morning.

In the early part of summer was not expecting anyone to be able to respond so promptly. They actually were able to arrive hours before anticipated. The technician was super friendly, very helpful, and informative walking me through details.

Alberto was thorough and efficient and communicated findings clearly. Alberto clearly takes pride in what he does and wants his customers to be happy. Will use Belle Air again because of him

Horrible experience with this company. They've always been late, as late as over 1 hour. Additionally they don't honor the time they say they would come. It ends up ruining my schedule as I have to meet with clients.

The lady my wife spoke to this morning just hung up on my wife after my wife voiced her frustration on their inability to honor the time that they said they would come.

We have been very patient with this company and their shortcomings but today was the last straw. Before we use the military veteran card for protection, I am a veteran myself (army) with my own business. I honor the times I tell my clients who need help with financials that I'll be meeting them.

As consumers, we need to not be so lenient and push overs when it comes to these businesses behaving unprofessionally.
