Belle Air

For the last 6 or 7 years, I've always used the same company to service or repair my A/C unit. I contacted that company to come and very my AC since it wasn't working, I was never able to contact them, but I never received a text or a call back. So, I decided to give Belle Air a call, seeing that they had good reviews. We were giving an estimated time of arrival from 10 am to around 2 pm, Jamie was our tech, and he arrived at 10 am sharp, within about an hour of our call. Quick fix, a capacitor, he still gave it a good look to make sure everything was working properly. He was very respectful and courteous, and the repair didn't set me back thousands. Now I see why Belle Air is so highly recommended, Definitely calling on them in the future.

Great response time. Had issue with water leaking from indoor AC unit and the company that installed the unit said it would be two days before day could have someone come out. I then call Belle Air. Not only did they schedule me for the same day, they were able to get to me almost two hours ahead of time. Lester and his teammate (I forgot his name, awesome Chilean guy!) began troubleshooting the issue to figure out the multiple things that caused the issues we were seeing. Lester also provided me with better maintenance tips for keeping drain pipe clean which was awesome! Appreciate the quick response and their thorough efforts to make sure the problem was resolved.

Andrew came to my house to replace the float switch. He was very amicable, knowledgeable and professional and completed the swap in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely do business in the future.

The best HVAC company I have used in Orlando. They were able to squeeze me in same day and take care of my issue. Martin was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful and walked me through everything. Overall satisfied especially with the customer service and I will definitely use this company again in the future.

As always phenomenal service! They are here quick and diagnose the problem and have always given me the most inexpensive option. Lester helped us tonight and he was the best technician we have had and will def be using Belle Air again!!

Incredibly fast service. They answered all of my questions and got my AC working again within an hour of calling them. The techs were amazing. Best AC service I've ever used. I will definitely be using Belle Air again!

When I called, the receptionist was so friendly and asked if I had only one unit so she could send someone out asap and would send someone out earlier than planned if possible.
The service man was so friendly and professional as well. He was able to fix the unit in the same visit bc he has the part with him. Belle Air will be my go to AC company from now on!
