William Shi is the man I recommend him . He came out to my home and completed a brand new air system and due to this Heat he helped us stay cool !

A while back we switched HVAC companies for my personal house and vacation rental company we couldn't be happier. Great service from a company that does what they say they're going to do. I would highly recommend Frank for any and all service and replacement units. I trust Frank completely and never feel over-sold, like I have so many times in the past. We we're happy with our previous company, but it felt like every single time something happened, we needed a full new install. Frank has repaired units for us and replaced units, I can call with an HVAC problem and know that I won't be told I need a whole new system, when I don't. Call Frank for a second opinion now, they have awesome systems and GREAT prices.

Chinh and his crew just completed a system upgrade and did a fantastic job. We had to unexpectedly (while the job was being done) upgrade the exposed decorative supply line from 10" to 12". Chinh went above and beyond to get the new pipe and stay on a tight schedule and even got the job completed a little early. Another great job by Quality Air. Highly recommend them!

Sometimes in life there are things you want to express but there are not words that enable you to do so. This is one of those times.
On a friend's suggestion I called Quality Air to have a new air conditioner and heater installed. The entire experience was nothing but a pleasure. Frank set everything up explaining what would be done and checked back with Don and Mau the gentlemen doing the work while they were working. He called last night to see if I was pleased and came by by this morning to check it himself. Don and Mau did an excellent job! They were professional and friendly! And I believe that all businesses should have a Frank. I cannot imagine doing business with anyone else!!! Thank you Quality Air!!!
