Our Ac went out about two weeks ago and it was hot I had called around and I couldn’t get anyone out to see what the problem was .Many companies told me they could get to me tomorrow or within 2 days I called quality Air and I spoke to a guy name William he had just got off work and was walking in his house and I told him we had No Ac and he asked if I mind if he got a bite to eat and said hey to the family and he would be right over . I did have another company stop by a few hours before I called William and they said I burned up the compressor and gave me a high price to fix it and said I needed a new system .William showed up I was very surprised because these days nobody wants to work . I showed William the other companies paper work . William knows his hvac. He looked everything over and it took him about 20 mins he went to the van and got some box it had wires attached to it and he exchanged out a part and the unit came on . William said on the way to work in the morin I’ll stop by and see how it’s cooling he said you don’t need a new unit. He said we will settle up in the Morin it said it will take a few to get it cooler in the house . The next Morin William rings my sisters door bell and he said if I knew it was going to be this cold inside I would have brought my jacket . I was given a bill and I was shocked that the price was under 300.00 . William cares about his customers , he told me he would have stayed as long as it would have taken to find the problem if he had to.. I would recommend quality Air to anyone needing their service. I’m buying my sisters house and William just saved me maybe 10,000 now I don’t have to buy a new Ac unit. Thanks William your the best
Dealing with a last minute air conditioning issue, in August, from out of state could have been a nightmare. But Quality was great and our renters didn't even know there was a fix. 12/10 recommend
Frank saved the day to get the ac back online in our condo we're renting for the weekend. I'm in the HVAC trade as well and for him to help us out on his day off says a lot. He was very professional and personable. Thanks Frank!
I was very grateful for the prompt and courteous service when the AC unit became non-operational at my rental condo and left my guest sweating at the end of May.
A technician was sent on the day of within an hour and a needed part sourced overnight/in the early morning.
I was told it would be a next day repair but they were able to arrange for a day earlier than scheduled which was so much appreciated.
Will surely contact them again for the management of any HVAC repairs or maintenance for my 3 rental condos
The technicians were prompt and courteous. They did a great job installing the new units and the air conditioning is running like a champ! Frank just called to check on us and make sure everything was good two weeks later. I would say that’s great professional service!
Advertise open 24/7 but charged me $169 service call on Sunday. Regular work hours service call is $96 during the regular work week. Cleared drain tube from ac air handler with compressed nitrogen. No parts changed out and was there around 1 hour and charged me another $169. I actually helped out some. Not sure if I would use them again.
I haven't used it but I saw a post on some wrestling page saw your business was attached to it and was given a guy named William's contact info. Talked to him a few minutes he was very helpful with my questions.
