Having issues with our house AC and called for service. Kathy was delightful and within 2 hours Austin showed up and got us up and running. Austin was very professional and we very much appreciated his expertise. Highly recommend this company.

My air-conditioning unit stopped working when it was 90+ degrees outside. I called the company that I had used before for service, but they were not available for four more days! I could not safely wait that long, the house was quickly heating up, and I have pets to worry about as well. I googled air conditioning repair and this company came up. When I called, they told me they would have someone out that day! They came promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Shortly after, they had it repaired. They told me of a devise that would work as a back up if this problem happened again. They put the part on and I could not be happier. They were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company!

Late Friday afternoon we have the nightmare of our rental unit’s AC going out entirely and new renters on the way. I called Quality Air. William called me back right away and told me when he could arrive. He was very communicative and got us up and running before our renters checked in for the night. Quality Air showed up within the hour to fix an A/C unit in our Watercolor rental. Austin was our tech and he was not only knowledgeable, but very professional and an overall great person. He got our A/C working again, and even gave it a thorough cleaning after repair. Myself and the kids are very thankful. I would highly recommend Quality Air for any A/C needs you may have!

Tim Tucker was able to view my home and quickly and honestly tell me that I did NOT need any new insulation. Since he was so honest about my insulation needs, or in the case...my not needing insulation I had him look at my A/C unit. Again, his honesty impressed me. He let me know that my internal unit needed to at least be cleaned out, and it should probably be replaced. Instead of just replacing part of a 10 year old unit, I decided to replace my entire system. Tim kept me in the loop about when my unit was arriving, when his team would show up, and about how long install would take. Once installation was done, Tim spent an extra hour staying at my home to ensure that everything was running smoothly. We still keep in touch through email regarding my A/C unit and he makes sure we are still happy. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!!!!!!!!!
