We had to call them in the middle of the night and they sent a technician as promised. Installed a new AC unit the next day. Very good in communication from the receptionist to the technicians. I recommend them.

Air was not cooling. Found that there was no Freon in the system. The tech, Leonardo, found the leak an fixed it and added the Freon. System working well.

The AC installation technician installed the condensation plumbing to close to the closet door frame. I notified him after I noticed it but instead of reinstalling the plumbing he suggested a Band-Aid fix consisting of reinstalling the door further out to clear the plumbing. When he attempted he ended up cracking a huge tile on my kitchen floor and now I can’t even reach the company to file a claim. They are ignoring my emails now.

I would like to recommend this company and give them a 5 star rating. I spoke to Leonardo Martin one of the technicians over the phone to set up an appointment for the next day at 0800. Leonardo is extremely professional and very punctual. The estimate for the job was free of charge and the job I needed done ended up being $700 cheaper than previously estimated by a different company. During the communication process regarding payment and setting up the service call, I had the pleasure of speaking to Lily... Not sure if she is a receptionist or a coordinator but Lily was also very professional and pleasant over the phone. These folks are very direct, honest and reasonable with their prices and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Keep up the great job!
